This team is very devoted to their work! They are very passionate about knowledge and timing for the lawns. When you follow the routine and their recommendations your lawn will flourish!! I didn’t think it would make a difference and only doing a few applications would work but if you’re not consistent it can affect your lawn and you won’t get the desired results. I had to learn that staying consistent was key to achieving a beautiful lawn, also it doesn’t happen overnight it takes time you build up your root system and strengthen your lawn. Thank you Tee Time for all you do!!!

I haven't used a lawn care service for fertilizer in 8-10 years as I do my on annual treatment program. When I used them they came to my property and talked about my lawn concerns and devised a treatment program.

It's too early to tell how Tee Time will do as I've only had one application. However, I thought someone would come out and observe the lawn and devise a treatment program. Instead, we were on the phone and he was on Google Maps (which obviously isn't current) as I pointed out areas of concern. I don't believe it impacted my initial application as I assume I got what everyone else did. As of now, I still have the same concerns on certain areas of my lawn.

My father doesn't have a google account so I am doing the review for him. Here goes....Started with Tee Time several years ago with a field of dandelions and a dream of a nice green yard. Well I can tell you that it didn't happen overnight but my dream has now come true and my yard is nice and green and no more a dandelion field. I highly recommend their services.

I have been a customer of Tee Time for many years. Their service is always excellent. I have a few tight spots in my yard where their machines cannot drive into and they always hand treat those areas. My yard looks great and is completely free of weeds!

I have used Tee Time for 5 years and our lawn has looked great every summer . They always call before coming out and the tech always leaves any instructions I can use to help keep the lawn looking good. Would recommend them to anyone. Like that they have option to pay for full year at discount rate or just pay per visit, and if wanted to I could stop at any time.

We have used Tee Time for many years (10??) but finally got weary of persistent issues. Approximately 5 years ago a tech accidentally dumped what appeared to be a full container of fertilizer/weed preventer in a pile on our parkway….and simply left it there. I tried to pick it all up but clearly wasn’t entirely successful. The grass has continued to suffer in that area despite repeated attempts and increasing cost on my part to dig out the affected soil and re-seed.

Further, while their invoices state “spot sprayed weeds as needed” we have never actually seen a tech perform this function despite my wife working from home for the last several years and regularly seeing obvious weeds that never died off until I sprayed them myself. This issue was brought to their attention years ago and wasn’t dealt with so i reluctantly took over that duty myself.

It came to a head last week when I emailed them several days before the next expected visit to specifically request spot spraying for numerous well-established weeds. The email was not acknowledged and as expected, the tech did not spray. When confronted with this fact I was told to “give it 7 days” for the spraying to take effect. Pro tip: no amount of time is sufficient to show results when no spraying was done in the first place.

When I mentioned that despite being long-time customers we would be canceling effective immediately, the response was basically a “buh-bye now.” If there was a doubt that I made the right call, that ended it right there.

Tee Time has been our lawn care specialists for several years. Our lawn has never looked better! Our technician will include directions of how to enhance the applications applied and if our lawn is in need of any special applications. Very pleased with their service.

Service was great, there was an issue that was not Khalil’s fault but he addressed the issue and explained how he would be resolving it.

I used them last year for an aeration and over seeding my lawn looked amazing so I signed up with them again this year. I want my lawn to look better than a golf course. Thank you for explaining everything to me and what my lawn needs. I would love to have the two men that serviced my lawn today Spencer and Zach did amazing.

Tee Time has been our lawn service for years. We've had multiple services in the past, but no one got our lawn into the best shape it's been except for Tee Time. Service is always completed in a timely fashion and we're advised when our lawn needs something in particular. We appreciate the personal contact and also like that the business is literally down the road from our house. We're very happy we were outside the day a rep walked by and discussed the services we could get from Tee Time. They do a fantastic job and we've even gotten a few neighbors to sign up too.

Zach did a great job of meeting my needs. There were some one off weeds that he took care of while completing our normal service. I appreciated him checking in to see if there were any issues before he started.

Courteous, did a great job even though it had to have been a pain cuz the street in front of my house was blocked by people doing in house repairs.

Service quality largely depends on the individual technicians who come out to your property. I've been a customer for many years, and have seen good ones, as well as some who seem to care less.

I always request a call the day before they come out, so I can keep pets/kids indoors, and I ask for the tech to ring the doorbell upon arrival, so I can point out any weedy areas of concern, etc. Most do ring before starting their application, but not all. There is a note on our account about our property line extending 5 ft. past a small retaining wall, but many of the guys must not read the notes and don't treat the area unless I show them. (It would be best if we always had the same technician throughout an entire season who was familiar with the property, but that hasn't been the case.)

A few years ago the technicians started using ride-on fertilizer spreader equipment which makes their job quicker, but that makes it harder for them to see weeds as they're driving. The machines have also caused tire ruts in our lawn when the ground is wet. Our property has a few sloped areas and there have been several times when the guys made quick turns and dumped excess fertilizer in places, which then "burns" the grass in those sections (arcs around 8" wide and 2 ft. long.) I contacted the company about these issues, and Tee Time's Operations Manager, Mike, recently came out to see the problems for himself. He was very knowledgeable and polite. He reseeded the damaged areas, and said he's put additional notes in our account to address the areas of concern so there aren't future problems. He mentioned that the company has retained all of the technicians they had last year, so hopefully their combination of experience along with some additional training/reminders will result in consistently better service.

Pro turf pro pest is by far the worst lawn care I have ever had. They were even worse than Tee Time. They came out twice to my home for lawn care applications both times I had to call them back because they didn’t apply the fertilizer properly because I had pathways were their drop spreader's went nothing was even pathways in my yard and when they came back after the first application to redo the terrible job they didn’t apply the technician sent me a e mail that he reapplied fertilizer and that was a lie. I watched on my ring camera and he never took a thing off his truck. I paid 55.53 two times for each application a total of 111.06 with my credit card. I canceled my service with them after the second application because they are terrible. Now they are saying that they never received my payment and that’s just another lie. I have my credit card statement to prove that they took payment from me. AVOID this company they do terrible service and also lie to their customers.

As always, Matthew provided the lawn service today. He was very efficient and responsive to my questions and requests.

Rocco did a great job, we have been very satisfied with Pro Turf for many yrs.

Not happy with results. I have used Tee Time going on 3 years now. Grass is not green green like it should be. For ME personally, I do not recommend this company.

We have used Tee Time Lawn Service for 10 years. Our lawn and property looks so much better then when I applied lawn products myself. Tee Time has taken our lawn to the next level.

We have had Tee Time which is now proturf, for many, many years now. They do a great job taking care of our weeds. Our lawn always looks very nice. Today Rocco took care of our applications. He did a great job. Thank you!!
