I had my issues resolved with Pro Turf & Pro Pest they were very responsive and understanding, I do realize that sometimes you have to speak with someone higher up in charge of things. So I do have a better respect for the services that they provided. Thank you Keith for understanding my situation and fixing the issue I had. I appreciate everything you’ve done.

Update 7/9/25 - my file was referred to the next level of management. I was very pleased when a courteous manager reached out to me after reviewing my file and apologized profusely because he was able to see that I had canceled their services in September of 2024 and I should never have received the phone calls, texts or emails that I had. Additionally the representatives that had taken my calls did not research properly.

We had used Tee Time the previous year but had noticed the lawn did not look as healthy and we were seeing problems with weeds so we hired TruGreen for 2025 services.
In June of 2025 I started receiving emails from Pro Turf but did not open them because I had never heard of Pro Turf and was already using TruGreen. After several emails I did end up opening one which claimed I had a past due balance. I did expect this to be a scam but reached out to find out that Pro Turf had purchased Tee Time.
They claimed to have been servicing my lawn all year and wanted payment - they also claimed that my contract automatically renewed which I truly did not believe was a legal practice. I still thought this was a bit of a scam but did look into it and found that the company was purchased.
I am now three levels deep with management and I'm now being told that proper notice was sent to me through the mail. I feel the company is working dishonestly... had they sent me something in the mail I would not have opened it as I would not have recognized the company and it already had services in place.

Pro Turf has done an excellent job for us, Matthew texted us before his arrival, dis a great job for our lawn, and made sure our backyard gate was closed so our dog wouldn't get out! Great job!

Rocco was polite, friendly, and considerate of my needs/requests.
He was not sure of the cause of some bare spots and I appreciate his candor.
He said that he would submit pics to a higher authority. I am looking forward to that individual’s diagnosis

With Pro-Turf (formerly Tee Time) for years for weed control and lawn fertilizing. They understand our need to use safe methods since our Lab will nibble on grass and chew sticks in the yard. Our tech appreciates our preferences and is always pleasant to work with. All we have to do is mow.

Mike has been very pleasant to work with! This is our first time using Pro Turf and we are looking forward to improvements in both our yard and my folks yard next door. His communication skills are excellent!

Nathan from Pro Turf did a great job applying my fertilizer. I appreciate that I received notifications prior to his arrival so I could block my dog door. I also appreciate that he rang my doorbell to see if I had questions before he started and that he used a leaf blower to clean any excess fertilizer off my driveway & pavers. This is a new service for me, but so far, so good.

This is the second time we have received the pest control for flees and ticks, and we couldn’t be happier! Jason J was our specialist, he was very polite, answered all my questions and concerns, and even gave me suggestions.

We have been receiving TruGreen lawn services, weeds, fertilizing for 10 or 11 years. Since we have started with them we have been so happy with our lawn and service. Thank you, we are very happy with our service!!

Donald is on top of his game. He explains everything he is doing so I understand. Thanks to him our lawn looks great. I'm also going to oversee d in the fall Thanks to his suggestion.

I have had an contract since March. The tech never came to my back yard to spray. This time I know for sure the tech sprayed... I can see the water droplets on the weeds.

These people are so unorganized. We've paid for 1 year service and they only came out twice. After an year we got another bill from Turegreen. I tried explaining no on came out to our house, we even have cameras. They ended up sending the bill to collections and it hit my credit. The biggest scam company i've ever dealt with.

The WORST lawn service I have used. They destroyed my lawn and wouldn't fix it. I am going to have to spend thousands fixing it this year. The constant upselling was beyond obnoxious. I had to ask them multiple times to stop. It's taken 3 phone calls to cancel my service and they won't leave me the hell alone.

Edit: they keep calling me despite repeated attempts to get them to stop. Do not do business with these people.

We hesitated before calling TruGreen, because previous companies had been disappointing.
However, we are very satisfied with TruGreen’s service, and the results are excellent. We would not hesitate to suggest them.

I was skeptical about using true green
As our lawn service provider but I was sadly mistaken they do everything within their power to meet our demands or our quest for a beautiful lawn they go up and beyond to help us I would recommend true green to anyone, very professional super good people even when I call customer service very polite and very helpful I thanked them for their business and I thank them for helping my wife and I.

The guy that came out today to treat my lawn was great I wish I could have him every time

It was really easy and the guy came to do the first treatment really easy and cover all the parts if the damage grass from the normal season invaders and address them from the root cause and was a very precise with the instructions I ask.

I 1st called Trugreen and talked with Melissa, who was absolutely wonderful, very nice and very knowledgeable! Devyn was the lawn tech, he also was great! And very nice and knowledgeable also !So far I am very happy, hopefully my yard will be too.

EDIT: To reply of owner, no I will not waste any time beyond this to communicate with you on how you can be professional and be a better company. I'd pay more $ to deal with actual professionals before ever giving you a penny.

I called for pricing Spring of 2025. The quote was about $950 and we decided we weren't going to utilize them for their services. I received multiple phone calls and requested that they stop calling me.

They texted me yesterday. And proceeded to "lol" my text that expresses (again) that I don't want to be contacted by them again.
Michael is my husband so that's likely why they addressed me as "Michael."

The ignorance and complete lack of customer service is appalling. "Brian" should not be communicating with anyone as a representative of this company.

I really appreciate the work Orrey Molenda did! I’m a Trugreen Tech too and I just moved into the neighborhood and it was infested with weeds when I moved in. He did everything I asked him to do and the results were great!

I had a great experience with a truegreen employee by the name of Anderew S. Went above and beyond to make sure my previous serveses where done correctly. Other are completely lazy compared to this man. Hope yall get him one day. Other workers sent where trash compared to him. Great job man.
