Reached out to Andrew’s company for a biohazard cleanup after an unfortunate event at my dad’s house. I called them at 10pm. Andrew was very thorough with explaining all of the details of what his company does and how everything works. He had a representative (Candy) at the house the very next day and in the timeframe I needed. Candy was so nice, understanding, and empathetic about my situation. I could tell she genuinely cared. I felt very comfortable with this company. From the products they use, to the detailed explanation of the steps from beginning to end, and how everything is cleaned/disinfected - I was impressed.
