Great service! The owner is very friendly and Very thorough in explaining the process of cleaning the carpets. Some areas just won’t clean or stains may come back, most places will tell you they can get it out and cleaned with no issues, when in reality it will come back! I asked Jason about my sofa and rather than saying he can get it clean he said he can clean it but more than likely it will come back. He was honest and didn’t just take my money ! Super friendly people and they are honest! I will use them again!

Have used Jason and team previously, so we keep returning. Jason is responsive and honest, he will let you know up front what to expect, so no surprises. He will try to do whatever it takes to obtain the best results. He communicates well, both in advance and day of appointment, and his prices are fair. This time we wanted to get our newly purchased 1999 RV carpets, upholstery and ceiling cleaned to help spruce it up. Jason didn’t think everything would come out new, but the results certainly made it look and smell much better. And our dog had taken ill on some very old beige carpet, again Jason made it look as good as it could for the age and minimize the stains. Thanks Jason!

Used DuPage Carpet cleaner to clean my carpet and a recliner that were both in pretty bad shape. Sam came out and I must admit worked some serious magic. I could not be happier with the results and would highly recommend this company to do a repeat performance.

My sister recommended Dupage Carpet Cleaning to me. They cleaned all of the carpets before she moved into her new home. I hired them to clean our carpets and area rugs, including a few high traffic areas like the stairs, which had a lot of small spots. They did a wonderful job - QUICKLY. Everything looked great and there was no odor at all after they left. Will definitely be using them again!

I had Dupage Carpet Cleaning come out and clean a sectional, a dinning room chair carpeting and area rugs at my home. What a fantastic Job they did!!! Scheduling was very easy and flexible, they sent me a text message when they were on their way and they showed up on time. Jason and his helper Matt were very professional, they wore booties and had these special corner protects so their hoses wouldn't damage my walls.

They worked methodically and got the job done in a timely fashion, all the furniture and carpeting looked great, they even got the coffee stain out of my beige area rug!!! Best part was everything dried faster then the precious company i had used.

Been using this service now for about three years and the professionalism of the cleaners has always been consistent. They arrive when they say they will, they respect my home and family, clean the carpets very well, and are fairly priced. I will be calling them again in 6 months (because I have kids who hate to see anything clean) and in the foreseeable future.

Dupage Carpet cleaning and restoration should have about 10 stars. I’ve used them for 2 years. No job is too little or big for Jason. He treats you like family and always double checks via text to make sure the job is satisfactory. I’ve had small and somewhat big projects and always has been outstanding!! Jason does go above and beyond for his customers!! What’s more important is he always picks up the phone or calls right back. Great communication. I can’t say enough. Also decent rates.

This company was referred to me by a friend, so I called Jason & he sent out a guy that same day to clean carpet that had strong pet odor from previous tenants. Jason is great and prompt with quotes, with a little patience on your end. Supporting local businesses is a big thing so a little patience won't hurt .. DuPage carpet cleaning prices are reasonable and it is great service!
Michael arrived early in the time slot and was done in under two hours cleaning our four bedrooms and basement. Very efficient and effective because I could smell the cleanliness right after!

We needed to have our carpets cleaned and DuPage was great. We had a not so great experience last time from a different company so we were hoping that this time it could be different. It was. Jason was great. He gave me a quote over the phone. He gave me tons of info and was easy to talk to. Sam came and cleaned our carpets and he was wonderful. Jason was able to come the next day after i called for a quote to steam clean the very worn carpets of our new rental home. He was very responsive, easy to work with and did a great job.
