I have called THREE TIMES asking if they would be interested in a whole house generator job here in FW. Never got a return call. This company does not want or need your business.

Courteous, competent, and a fair price. Can’t ask for more. Update: after a year and a half in service, the Generac app showed an obscure fault. I emailed FW Generators a screenshot of the fault. They fixed it the next day, and followed up with an email reply - fixed at no charge. OUTSTANDING SERVICE.

They installed my Generac in October of 2024 and the storms last night was my first time I got to use it. I was the only house on my street with power. Tim and crew were wonderful to work with and patient with all my questions.

We had Fort Wayne Generators install a unit 9 years ago. After a storm yesterday we had an issue with the unit and they came out the same night to resolve it. They are prompt, professional and trustworthy.

I had Fort Wayne generators install a new Generac generator for us today. I have to say these were the most professional and courteous people I have had to my house in a long time to do work. The price was very reasonable compared to some other estimates I had been given, and they were very punctual. My yard and landscaping was spotless by the time they finished and left. I would highly recommend them!

Called Fal electric (certified Briggs and Stratton home generator dealer)to check a miss on my home generator. I clearly stated that I thought it was the carburetor. They sent out an electrician. He said the electrical was fine and charged $130. When I called ask if they could send someone out to look at the problem I called about (carburetor) they said they don't work on Briggs and Straton motors. I filed a complaint with the BBB and Fall Electric would not respond to the BBB. Bad customer service, bait and switch!

Quick response and a job well done

We have been using this branch since it opened in Fort Wayne. We have no complaints at all! They are on top of it over at CES. Material is at a good price and fast shipping. Highly recommend!
