I highly recommend Survey Land Express! My point of contact throughout the surveying process was Paul. He was attentive, thorough, and transparent in our calls and emails.

We recently purchased a house and wanted to identify the property boundaries with a survey. The price was clearly laid out from the beginning along with the services and documents we would receive at the end. When Paul and I spoke about the survey, he explained the process and any additional documents the team would need me to gather to verify the property boundaries. Paul and the team were very helpful in handling our survey that was a little more complicated due to the age of the property and the lack of updated records in the county's system.

I am pleased with the result! The boundaries are properly marked, and the final survey is quite detailed thanks to the CAD tech. I appreciate the work ethic and customer service at Survey Land Express and will be recommending them for small and big projects.

Paul and his team did a great job surveying my property! When I received the Survey, I noticed a minor mistake. I contacted them by email to request correction and to ask for some extra information regarding dimensions within my property around a construction easement. They responded by the next day with both. I am very pleased with their customer service and finished work product!

Very positive experience with SLE Inc., including coming back for an extra day to make sure our corner pins were set accurately (1950s house, any existings couldn't be located). They also provided a full CAD file when requested, in addition to the PDF survey. Price was fair, all staff interactions, in-person/email/phone, were great.

I have been using Survey Land Express for the past 2 years and am very pleased with the services they provide. Professional, prompt, and knowledgeable. Looking forward to working with Steve, Paul and the rest of the team on many more projects to come. I can't recommend them enough.

Paul & Amar were wonderful! Very responsive, professional, and kept the process simple for our boundary survey. For the cost I feel taken care of and was confident in giving them my business. Paul is their operations manager and was great in helping me choose the right survey/materials and scheduling the service, and Amar did the survey and explained everything! Incredibly friendly, great guys. Very happy with this and 11/10 recommend if you need your survey done too!

The team was very helpful in answering the questions we had with consolidating 2 lots & the steps needed to do so in Atlanta. After submitting the request to Atlanta Planning 6 months ago, we received a response outlining changes that were needed to the plan before it would be approved. When I reached out to Paul & Alexander for help, they were able to update the plan & back to me within 24hrs. As others have mentioned in reviews, Survey Land Express provides great customer service (clear pricing, great communication, quick service)!

We had a great experience with Paul and the team at Survey Land Express. We just purchased a new home in Alpharetta and needed a survey ASAP to get a fence installed. They came within their promised timeframe and delivered the survey right on time as well. Paul was great to communicate with. We had asked a few companies for pricing and their price was the most inclusive, ultimately saving us a few hundred dollars for what we needed.

Used Survey Land express for a survey of our home. They were friendly and communicative throughout the process and did a thorough job surveying the property. I appreciated that they kept me informed during the actual site visit and asked questions about what my goals were with the survey.

I used survey land express to do a boundary survey with topography. Paul and his team were great. His communication was fantastic throughout the process. He was very informative and even gave me contacts in the county to get me going the right direction before using their services. He was prompt and clear regarding estimates, timeline, and their services. We needed a follow up visit and Paul’s team was there within two days free of charge.

Paul and his team were great. Paul was quick to respond to e-mails and questions. The on site team was polite and answered all of my questions during the survey and walked me through any unique conditions resulting from their assessment. Although there was a 1 week delay in producing my survey due to a request for city verification on an underground easement through my yard, Paul was up front and remained in communication throughout the process with regular updates on the status of the survey. I would recommend this group.

Paul and his entire field crew were exceptional. They were communicative, thorough, polite, and punctual throughout the process. Pinpointing and staking the property line with my adjacent neighbor was no small task. The lot is quite old, and there had been numerous informal, handshake agreements regarding boundaries prior to my ownership. Thanks to their expertise, all ambiguity was effectively eliminated.

The survey was done as requested and on time. They were very efficient and the document is quite detailed which is much appreciated.

Terrible with communication I spoke with Kate for a quote and gave her everything she needed to proceed. She said she will get back with me within 24 hours and I water and finally called today she never started the quote. I spoke with another person and they stated that they would send me a quote by the end of the day by 6 PM and I still have not heard from him and it’s 11:13 PM. I’m definitely getting the runaround and I’m tired of calling just for a simple quote. Do they not want my money?
