Survey Land Express is professional, thorough and they offer excellent customer service. Their initial communication detailed what we could expect and they delivered as promised. They also respond to emails and phone calls in a timely manner.

Even after the survey was completed and a neighbor tried to challenge it as a way to excuse why he built a shed on our property, Survey Land offered to look at the neighbor’s aerial survey and speak to their surveyor. Survey Land also pointed out an additional area of concern with the placement of the shed.

We now have to work with an attorney to get things straightened out but I will only deal with Survey Land going forward. The survey delivered was thorough and is incontestable.

We we impressed with how professional, and efficient they were. They did what we agreed to for the price we agreed to, and on schedule despite numerous weather related setbacks. Any time we called or emailed with questions they were promptly and courteously answered, very happy the service we received. Sticker shock is a real thing, but this is the sort of thing you want to be sure was done correctly.

I have a small home that has been in the family for seventy plus years that sits on a small lot. I plan to renovate the home but needed and updated site plan before starting the premitting process. That where Survey Land Express can into play for me. They were timely, professional and affordable. My architect has confirmed I have everything he needs to get started and I could not any happier with my experience with Paul Golovlev and his team for a great job.

Survey Land Express Inc helped us with the site survery, lot combination and site plans to obtained all the needed permits. Those included hydrology studies, erosion control, mutiple mutlti-month revisions from all different entities. They were always very responsive and a great folks to work with. Highly recommend them

This company is Top -Notch! I had them perform a two-part service which included locating and flagging my property boundary pins at my home and then subsequently they performed boundary staking for the entire yard. All of their crews are professional and easy to get along with, and Mikiyas (owner) is responsive and great to work with overall! I would use them again in a heartbeat!

Did a full boundary survey on my property. They had the best pricing and it was fairly easy to communicate about the project. The property markings are pretty solid and the plat survey is very detailed and well made. Paul was really helpful. Would recommend working with this company!
