The people were great, but not getting clear updates were very frus rating. We haven't been hooked up and seen what the cost savings will be for us. We were told that we would be emailed the engineering plans, never arrived so we had no clue what sense of savings we will get or how much power we will produce. Will update if possible later.

Installation for the most part went well and starting to reap the benefits of a lower electrical bill. Experience following up with the company regarding missing services for monitoring and rebates has been horrible. No one has returned any calls that I have made to company since solar panels were turned therefore I have not received the application for State rebate. Make sure they put that all in writing since the customer service part of really poor after they have received your money.

I am so pleased with our solar panels. Nick Hayes sold us our system and was never pushy and very patient with our many questions. In the first month we paid almost nothing for electricity. Even in the hot summer with the AC full blast our bill was insignificant. We are actually producing 20% more than they promised us. Trinity Solar worked fast and were so courteous. We loved our experience with Trinity Solar and Nick Hayes.

Team arrived on time and worked the entire day, non-stop. Gave words of encouragement throughout the day stating how nice it will be in the end. Took off their shoes when entering our home and left no mess behind. Electrical engineer was thorough and efficient in his explanations and showed expertise.

I’ve had nothing but a fantastic experience with trinity solar. Starting with their sales technician Ryan Urch, he was extremely instrumental in lowering my monthly payments. He made the process super easy and I would highly recommend to anyone to make ryan and trinity your first consideration when thinking about going solar.

I am currently a customer with Trinity Solar.... The past storm damaged my roof... I have been calling them (3 times) to remove the panels. They have been telling some one will be calling me and It been a week and no one get back to me yet. I will recommend any one to do business with them at any cost any time. If there was Bellow Zero I would give them -1000....

Never used this company, or even heard of them, but now will never consider using. Saw one of YOUR branded cars speed down the entire shoulder of a busy exit. Your driver's reckless disregard on the road will surely end in an accident (looking at the condition of the vehicle, not their first). Unprofessional and a great way to push people away from your brand.

Had a scheduled consultation call. They called that morning to confirm and we were sitting here waiting. We sat and waited .... and waited. I finally called them. They are sorry but the salesman won't be here. Can they reschedule? No. If that's what's to be expected, why should we sit around and wait for them to do the work. Don't bother calling them. Find some company that will show you enough respect to call if there's a problem.

Tom Hafer, my sales rep, is very helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and helped us through the process of getting our solar installed! His team of installers did a fantastic job! Highly recommended!

I had a great experience using Trinity. My rep Wayne Brechtel was more than helpful from start to finish. Everything was simple, the install was quick and I was kept up to speed on everything throughout the entire process. If I needed anything, someone was always there to help me. I'm very happy with the system and would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Trinity has been amazing from start (learning about solar, the process and company), to install (the men that installed were professional and worked hard), to turn on (the lady we worked with helped and answered all of our questions helping us to understand where we were at in the process)! I can’t say enough about this company and how amazing hey have been!! Thank you Trinity!! We are so happy to be running on solar!!!

Update on my post: Got a call from the project manager who told me that it was the rental company who did not explain to their crew that the contract for pick up of the heavy machinery was 24 to 48 hours. They finally took the heavy machinery off my driveway. The installation team was friendly and efficient. It was unfortunate that they did not tell me what was going on regarding the eqpt . I would have given them 5 stars if I was informed about the situation the day of installation.

Ripoff company taking advantage of uninformed elderly consumers! They are trying to sell old stock (not efficient) by offering no cost solutions.

Hope we can get them shut down, but doubt regulations keep up with shady business practices.

Please never work with them!!

Nick Hayes is a knowledgeable salesman who is passionate about the product he's selling. He didn't have to do much to convince us to go solar, but he made the process as painless as possible. He met with us in person (more than once) to explain it all, and then promptly addressed my many, many questions along the way. All of the filings/paperwork/ permits/behind-the-scenes stuff were completely taken care of by Nick and the folks at Trinity. Once we made up our minds, we just sat back and let everyone take care of the stuff that needed to be taken care. A great crew of 7 guys came out and, in the span of a day and a half, we were the proud owners of a new solar system. And, months after the install, Nick is still responsive to my emails and questions. Excellent customer service.

I call this company to have solar panels place on my house, and unfortunately they have the worst customer service ever!!!. I don't need nobody to convince me about solar energy, I' m already convince, I just wanted a company to do the job; so I call them. I did the first call, and what a surprise, the women attending the call was absolutely rude. I told to myself, ok just do it because is the right thing to do. One week later, she calls to say that she was calling to cancel my first visit appointment because my house has shade, and she just hang up. No explanation, no nothing. I understand if my house is not eligible, what I don't understand is why the attitude. Beside I don't see trees under my house, but if that was the case ,I will love to hear about options, such as you could trim or cut some trees, etc. If that is the attitude for capturing a potential client, I cannot imagine how do they handle a complain.

My experience was great from begining to end. I was educated on the benefits of solar energy and how it could save my home money. The rep was always accessible and made the process seamless. The install crew was friendly, polite and arrived on time and the finished product looked great. I highly recommend this company.

I've had solar panels for now about 2 years and I love them. Thanks to Trinity Solar and my agent Terry I'm now saving a ton of money on my electric bill monthly. Sometimes it shocks me that the bill is that low. We have found many ways to cut electric and the overuse of it now. Thanks Trinity Solar

Another disrespectful sales experience. I was initially interested in hearing the pitch however I changed my mind and had to ask the salesman to leave my property 3 times.

Trinity solar came to my home and attempted to sell me their product. I explained to the salesman that I would be interested if he could answer a couple questions. The salesman said that he would look into it and get back to me within a couple of days. I did not sign anything or agree to have any solar panels installed on my house whatsoever. The next day this company ran my credit without my permission and two weeks later someone unannounced came and got on top of my roof. The guy on the roof explained that this happens to him all to much. So I got his contact information and called his boss who said that they would find out what happened and get back to me and of course why would they ever get back to me and they never did. I advise all people not to go with this company they are a rip off!!

Worst experience I've had with any company ever. Three different appointments and they couldn't even get the address correct. Then the guy has the nerve to show up claiming he asked dispatch to inform us he was running late... when in fact, dispatch had already confirmed the guy was at the wrong address yet again! I shut the door in his face. If the company can't get the address correct and the consultant can't be honest about why he was late, then I have no desire to do business with them and, in my opinion, neither should you.

The worst part is, this is the company I was most excited about meeting with. What a real let down after trying for almost 2 months to meet with them.

Any business that will send solicitors to your home and ignore your no soliciting sign is not a business that I would deal with. Teach your people to read and respect NO SOLICITING SIGNS!!!!!
