First, we worked with Mike to install a new gutter and silver coat our roof—his workmanship and communication were top-notch, making the entire process seamless.

Later, when roofing issues arose, we didn’t hesitate to call Mike back to redo our roof. Once again, his team delivered exceptional results with clear communication every step of the way.

Most recently, we had them seal coat and repaint our bricks and trim. During the project, we realized our windows needed resealing, and our front door needed replacing. Mike’s team responded immediately, handling everything on the fly with expert advice, fair pricing, and outstanding communication.

I am a timely woman so I really appreciated how punctual and responsive this team was with my home projects. With Covid I had concerns about having people in my home, but Infinity responded to my requests and adhered to the COVID guidelines helping me to feel safe with my choice to get work done. I needed some fresh paint and remodeling done and they were easy to coordinate with. Infinity honored our agreed upon budget we scheduled a long time ago which I was grateful for. I referred them to a friends to get windows replaced, that’s how pleased I was with their customer service; I will use them again!

Jeremy and his team were excellent. They were able to chase down and fix a troubling water intrusion issue that had bedevilled a couple of other contractors. This required both roofing work and work on a brick facade on my 1904 townhouse. Highly recommended

Jeremy and his crew are a dream!!! I've managed more repairs for my building and condo over the last 8 years than I care for, some were outright nightmares (!!) and I've had to interact with all sorts of contractors, companies, etc. I picked Jeremy and IDS because I knew I would have peace of mind and everything would get done *right*.

Jeremy is *extremely* knowledgable, especially with older construction and historic homes, thorough, trustworthy, reliable, and cares. He has often advised on repairs/upgrades for our building. When my condo was damaged due to massive water intrusion, Jeremy was the one I called to figure out the residual moisture issue after the association interviewed a series of specialists, architects, building envelope specialists, etc.

IDS came in to redo my *entire* northern wall, i.e.,
- remove all the plaster and built-ins, molding, etc.
- repoint the interior
- seal to make everything water tight
- install drywall
- replace molding, built-ins, etc.
- paint.

Jeremy always explains everything, sharing his expertise, knowledge, pros and cons. He catches every detail and insists on perfection. Chris ensured all projects ran smoothly. Jose and Abdulio worked nonstop, rapidly, always punctual, polite, respectful. They brought in air filters, dehumidifiers, constantly cleaning daily, etc., and did everything to minimize any impact.

When the project was done, Jeremy walked through and went above and beyond to fix things even I missed and more, whatever they saw along the way while they were working because they take pride in their work.

My place was cleaned from top to bottom and left spotless, water tight, and beautiful -- looks better than when I got it! I felt like I got a whole new place!

When I told my neighbors the project would take 12-15 days, everyone laughed at me and said, riiiight, told me to brace myself for months. Whenever everything was said and done on time, everyone asked me for IDS's contact details.

Jeremy and the team at Infinity did an awesome job repointing the exterior brick wall of our old row house. We were experiencing a lot of interior water damage along the same wall, and Jeremy talked us through the possibilities of how best to address the issue. The repointing work required a service disconnect from Pepco, an added logistical challenge, but the IDS team was very responsive once we were able to get it scheduled. Clearly, the crew that performed the repointing knew exactly what they were doing. They matched the color and the recessed joints of our mortar exactly. The crew was also incredibly hardworking and cleaned the work area completely. We are happy with the work and after a few heavy rains, think we’ve finally solved the leak issue into our walls. Highly recommend IDS.

I recommend Infinity Design Solutions for your home improvement projects. The sales representative, Jeremy was prompt and professional. His mouth and nose were covered with a mask, being concerned not to spread any disease. I had a deck installed on my roof, which allowed me to enjoy an awesome view of the city. The project started sooner than thought, which thrilled me. The installers were polite, dedicated workers, answering all my questions. They were very conscientious and putting in a lot of effort installing the deck carefully on the roof, even working in the rain. I was not disappointed. They did a remarkable job!

We were very pleased with the work done by IDS -- our job was tricky, and it was handled with professionalism and care. I especially appreciated Jeremy Goldman's honesty in answering some of my questions, because he steered me away from doing unnecessary work when he could have done the opposite. IDS repointed our front yard retaining wall and did a great job, especially with matching the toothpaste mortar style of the neighborhood rowhouses here in Petworth. The whole process was easy with good communication from the team, quick work on the project itself, and spotless cleanup.

The crew was punctual, considerate, and very professional. It was truly refreshing to deal with a contractor who had my best interests at heart. Initially, my ideas for my renovation were way beyond my budget and each quote I received confirmed that. Upon meeting with one of Infinity's estimators, I was presented with a much more realistic plan. Infinity's transparency and knowledge really solidified my choice to hire them. Now that my porch is done, I'll be calling them this spring to do my walkway. Certainly the best renovation experience I've had with a DC contractor. Highly recommend!

IDS did a fantastic job rebuilding mine and my neighbor's chimneys and adjusting any potential leaks. Jeremy, Adan and Malu were super responsive and did a brilliant job. The final product was truly impressive. It is a shame that neighbors and visitors won't be able to see how great the roof looks like now!

Unclear how this business has this many 5 star reviews. Have had exclusively unprofessional interactions with them- whereby they rescheduled the consult the morning of, did not confirm the reschedule date, when I called repeatedly and finally got someone on the phone they said they actually did come by the house (but didn’t tell me or talk to me?) and I would have a proposal within 48 hours. A week later, still waiting. I wouldn’t trust them with my money or my house.

We works with IDS on two different projects. In both cases we were very pleased with the quality of the workmanship and competitive prices. We have an older home in a historic neighborhood and it’s great to have a contractor who knows these houses and isn’t trying to treat everything like it’s new construction. The entire team has been professional as responsive and I would highly recommend them for anyone who needs a contractor for a historic property.
