Hands down the best experience I’ve had in home improvement! IDS conducted extensive masonry repairs at my 110 year old home in DC. Their team was amazing from first meet up through bid, contract, project management, billing, and follow-up. They will remain my first call when I need help on extensive home improvement support.

The IDS crew did a great job updating and remodeling our fireplace surround. They demolished the existing pillars and tile, installed new tile and drywall, created a custom mantle above our fireplace, and mounted our tv. They were professional, polite, timely, and made sure the dust was contained ... and it looks amazing! I’m looking forward to working with them on future renovation projects.

We had a very good experience with Infinity Design Solutions. They developed and implemented the best solution to make sure the exterior steps (of commercial property- apartment) were updated and up to code. The representative (JR) was prompt on the date of his first look at the project. He offered good clear solutions for completing the project and took the time to call (I think his supervisor) to confirm one of his suggestions for the project; that day; during our first meeting. This may seem small to some but big to us. We didn't have to wait for a call back or a broken promise it was confirmed then. The courtesy, willingness to listen, knowledge, superb communication... priceless! We learned a lot from him about the project codes and that was greatly appreciated, because we had lots of questions. JR was an excellent representative for the company; in that he made himself available by answering or returning calls in a timely manner. I mean really, so often when you call a company, you do not receive a live voice. These are important factors for our small business. We chose IDS after having three other companies look at the job. There was a sense of trust after our first meeting.

The infinity Design team worked very hard from morning until the evening. They did not delay the completion of the job and finished within the promised one-day timeline. Due to the customer service and quality of work, we would recommend them and certainly hire Infinity Design Solutions again.

The IDS team was very responsive to all my questions both during the evaluation and bid period, as well as during the work. They did an amazing job of tuck pointing both one of my external brick walls on my house, but also an internal exposed brick wall. They were also very conscientious about the mess generated during the work inside the house and did a great job of keeping in contained. They also cleaned up amazingly well at the end of the job. Finally, the team was very efficient with their work as well and finished in half the time predicted for the job. Overall, I would highly recommend IDS for tuck pointing and other jobs.

We picked IDS from a total of five candidates to replace our roof. We were impressed by the level of detail in the estimate. During the repair process, the crew addressed all our concerns. After the work was complete, Gary did a detailed check and found a handful of minor details that still needed to be addressed - details we would have missed, frankly, and then returned with his team and spend a morning making everything right. We're very pleased with the result.

They were incredibly thorough in their assessment of needs and subsequent work, providing various options and contingency plans based on multiple scenarios. I contracted with Infinity Design Solutions to build a large, 2nd story deck with a pergola. I am thrilled with the results. The team was professional from start to finish, and they added creative design touches throughout, including an ipe cocktail rail, that stand out. My neighbors and friends comment on how beautiful my deck is – it really has transformed my backyard. IDS also hand-built garage doors for me, something other contractors would not do! I highly recommend IDS and would use them again.

IDS was great to work with! I am an architect and they worked on my own residence. I own a 1900 rowhouse in Bloomingdale. IDS are familiar with working on historic masonry buildings and understand how to navigate the DC permitting process. Their team was very professional and efficient. They did both exterior and interior repointing as well as rebuilding a stair and failing retaining wall. I had a great experience working with IDS and highly recommend them.

They came in and solved a difficult issue for us, handled all the permitting and Historical Preservation Office approvals, and were easy to work with and flexible throughout the process. My project consisted of a porch remodel that included carpentry, wrought iron, concrete, and masonry, including adding a storage space under the porch. I am very satisfied with the workmanship and professionalism the team provided throughout the job. Anytime, I had a question or something needed to be troubleshooted, Jeremy and his team made sure I had input and would be happy with the result. IDS was a little more expensive than some of my other bids but I couldn’t be happier with the final result. I definitely recommend.

I used IDS for tuck pointing work and to remove part of a crumbling chimney. The work was done fast, exceptionally well, and professionally. The owner, Jeremy, gave me his honest opinion on what was required to get the job done, and did not try to upsell me on unnecessary things. Infinity Design Solutions helped us tuckpoint our back exterior wall and did some interior plaster work. They were responsive and helpful throughout the entire process, often responding to texts and calls within minutes. They were able to stick tightly to their timeline, even with a few unexpected twists and turns in our projects. Everyone we worked with in-person and via phone/e-mail was super supportive and I felt like the team was actively trying to make our lives easier. Would hands-down recommend working with them, and we'll certainly work with them in the future.

IDS cleaned out our old cement between our porch and sidewalk and replaced it with new concrete. It looks great. We are pleased to recommend their work.

Infinity Design Solutions did a great job replacing my old leaking roof and upgraded the front of my house. The roofing crew were on time, worked efficiently to remove my old roof and place the new one in a professional manner. They cleaned and painted all the vents on the roof with the correct paint and installed my new solar attic fan. Finally their painting team expertly painted the wood trim on the front of the house. My house has never looked better! Thank you IDS! I highly recommend you guys!

Jeremy and the folks at Infinity Design Solutions were all great. Had them out to do tuck pointing on our rowhouse when I found water intrusion. The work was done well, fast, solved the issues, and the house looks and feels in so much better shape.

Of the four places I contacted for quotes, they were the most responsive, easiest to communicate with, and showed up on time for everything. Costs were on par with the other places, but Jeremy helped me feel much more informed about the scope of the work and where there could be other costs. (Which there weren't!) Really glad I went with them and expect to work with them again on some other home improvements.
