This company ruined one of our area rugs. The young man seemed clueless about cleaning as he kept talking to his manager on the phone about what to do. He left huge brown stains on the carpet, where previously there were none. I have contacted the company twice through their telephone service and the manager has not called me. Therefore I have stopped my payment. Clearly I would not recommend using them.

Jace was the best, he understood what I needed and he even moved my furniture and cleaned behind I am so glad with my results! My building smell so good and look good too! it's not often you find a carpet cleaning service that does such an outstanding job you can't think of anything they could do better. we recently had kevin's carpet cleaning service clean the carpets and area rugs in both of our homes. the schedulers were very friendly and helpful, and the team that came—jerry and charles at one house and wayne and charles at the other—were more careful than anyone we've ever had before. they sent us a text with their photo and when to expect them. when they arrived, they took great care to protect our home, using guards around the stair posts and corners, and placing little pads under every chair and table leg after cleaning. they moved our furniture very carefully. they even checked the mats under our area rugs and let us know which ones might need replacing soon, while saying some were still in good shape. when they brought back the rugs, they asked if i wanted the rug placed to show off the lighter or darker side, which i didn’t even realize was an option! the next day, one of the schedulers called to make sure we were happy with the cleaning. we will definitely use this service from now on!

Wonderful experience with the carpet cleaning service. The technician, Pedro, did an exceptional job on all our area rugs. Charles was very helpful when I called for a quote and scheduled the appointment, patiently answering all my questions. I appreciated the reminder call the day before, and Pedro called 20 minutes ahead of his arrival. He showed up on time, wore a mask and shoe covers while inspecting the rugs. He provided a clear cost breakdown before starting the cleaning. Pedro was very professional and responsible, ensuring everything was cleaned up afterward. Notably, the padding stayed dry after the rug cleaning, and the wooden floors underneath the rugs were also dry, making it perfectly safe for the floors. The rugs were not overly wet after the cleaning, and there was absolutely no smell! I even had scotch guard treatment applied to two of my large area rugs (12x14) to protect against pet stains, and again, there was no smell. Excellent service all around!

Although they arrived slightly later than the initially planned time, it wasn't an issue as i wasn't in a hurry. They professionally cleaned the carpets along with some small hard floor areas. Despite me living on the third floor, they completed the job in just an hour! An extra shout out to them for helping me move and unplug my fridge as i was moving out of my apartment and couldn't do it myself. The service was top-notch and i would definitely recommend it to anyone in Beverly.
