Wayne at Ralphie's Electricians was very responsive to our requirements. He came out to visit our site the day after we called and worked out the logistics of upgrading to 200A for our house. When we had an issue with the town inspectors, he was able to adjust his schedule and worked with the town to get everything done. Wayne was very up front with all the details and he got the job done.

Ralphie’s did a terrific job! Redoing a home office and needed new outlets installed. They responded to my request within two hours and even had someone in the area able to stop by to see what the job entailed. They provided a quote and got me booked on their schedule all in the same day. They communicated the following week about my appt and made sure I knew when and who was coming. Electricians arrived early (called ahead of time) and completed the work in less than two hours. They cleaned the work area (floor & walls) prior to departing. Very impressed. Skilled. Knowledgeable. Ralphie's Electricians fulfilled my family's needs for installing a level 2 home EV charger in a multi-family condo, and the team carried out the task in an efficient, high quality, and professional manner. From the beginning through the end, Wayne was highly responsive to my questions (and I had many!), proactive about creatively brainstorming solutions given our situation (we have 100A service and were hesitant about upgrading our electrical service to 200A), and followed up beyond the installation to ensure we were satisfied. Prior to deciding on Ralphie's for the EV charger installation, I had reached out to 3 other local electricians who have been around for 15+ years. Ralphie's Electricians was able to set up an appointment within days, and their quote was the most reasonable and descriptive of the quotes I received. Wayne (who came out to our home) spent a good 30 mins laying out all the options. For context, we live in a multi-family condo in JP, our car is parked off street but in a more removed location from thje condo, and we only have 100A service (and a heat pump HVAC system) so we were worried about tripping the main circuit breaker. Wayne answered all my questions thoroughly, and demonstrated clear expertise of EV chargers (his background is electrical and mechanical engineering and it was revealing!). I appreciate how he took the time to explain how the installation could work, what the caveats might be for each option, and how to proceed with each option. He also walked me through how to get a rebate through Eversource for the installation (which we did receive!). When we received the quote, my husband and I were impressed by the level of detail contained. We both appreciated the transparency of the cost comparison analysis. When we had questions and wanted to set up a phone call, Wayne worked with our schedule and gave us our full attention during the call. His dedication is unparalleled. And all of this before we even committed to working with his company. In short, I am fully satisfied by the services his company provided us. While Ralphie's Electricians may not have been around as long as other electricians in the Boston area (my initial hesitation when I reached out), their EV charger installation service is superb. They had the best quote and also finished the job early. They cleaned up at the end of the day and were responsive all the way up to the city inspection. Would definitely recommend.

Called with a very time-sensitive problem. Our power had to be turned off to prevent an electrical fire. Ralphie’s fit us in the same day and fixed the electrical issue efficiently and safely. Ralphie's did a fantastic job. They answered the phone right away and were able to send someone out for an estimate the same day! Their estimate was less than half of another company. Ralphie’s is great! Wayne and Brad are professional, very fast/responsive, and excellent communicators. They can find solutions to tricky jobs (installing lights in a 130 year old house with double ceilings). More importantly, they are genuinely nice people and really pleasant to work with. Brad and Brendan did the work at our house on a day that there were 2 other contractors on site, it was crazy, but they did a great job, cleaned up, were very gentle with the landscape. They even zip-tied a bunch of overhead wires together that are always in the way of trucks.
