I had problems with my "instant hot" water that's attached to my oil furnace... I only got cold showers. They came and fixed it. They stand by their work and they care about their customers.

I use to use another well known hvac contractor but I switched to Medford and the techs there have been excellent, quality work very knowledgeable and the response time has been excellent!

edit: the owner reached out to me shortly after leaving this review and had an honest and open discussion regarding the situation and apologizing. While the initial interaction with the employee was not pleasant or positive their handling of the situation was. I appreciate the time they took to call and talk with me about this.

Original post: One of their techs was working at wrentham village premium outlets and accosted my wife while she was wearing a mask. He called her a sheep and cursed at her for wearing mask. If this is the sort of staff the company hires and sends out to represent them I would be reticent to use a company like this

I use Medford Wellington for all my CT and MA theatres ( approximately 18 locations for my east coast region. My region reaches down to DC and they are the best HVAC company I work with. Their prices are fair and they are prompt and very professional. I highly recommend their service.

Our church had a gas leak and the service that Medford Wellington provided was amazing! Not only were they quick to come out they were super awesome at keeping me in the loop and working with the city to get our gas line repaired. They also came and took a look at our AC when we had a line that froze again super quick and great service!

WHAT A GREAT TEAM!! - I use Medford Wellington for commercial application on HVAC and various plumbing/electrical services.
The team has been so great at getting us set up on quarterly PMs for our HVAC systems across 6 locations. We started working together during an urgent RTU replacement and we haven't looked back since!

I reached out to Medford Wellington in desperation with issues that were unresolved by a prior company. It was during the holidays and so needed addressing as we have a dog boarding facility. Robert was so helpful and was able to resolve our issues without too much trouble. I am forever grateful for the knowledgeable service and care. We have since switched our service over to MW and are very happy.

Mike has been servicing our system since we bought our house a few years back. Our system is very very old but still runs like a champ thanks to Mike and his team.
