Good job

I was stressed when something went wrong, but they fixed it fast. They showed up exactly on time and were fully prepared. Mike, the technician, handled the smoke issue diagnosis perfectly and explained what they were doing. I highly recommend PuffMagic Chimney Sweeps for anyone needing this kind of service.

They installed the ventilation system for my restaurant in 2013, but in 2014 the intake air fan got serious problem with yelling noise, Scott sent his technician to turn off the machine and promised to repaire it soon........upto now, they never came back. I called many times but he did not answered and not call back. It seems they can't solve this problem. And other technician said the design is stupid unreasonable , no one want to repaire it. I don't recommend them to anyone for this kind worst customer service.

I own a couple restaurnts in the south shore and I had one of my hoodvents go down on a friday. Called Scott about this and within the hour he sent me his best techicion to repair it. And they repaired it right away. Great guy, great service and a great company!!! Call and ask for Scott he will take care of you

Great company good people hardworking employees and supervisors

I want to keep this short and to the point....These 2 individuals that came to my restaurant this past Monday at Maekha Thai could not have been any more professional, personable, just so caring about the end result of the work they were performing. They treated this as if it were their own restaurant and made sure through the whole process that I was given the details needed to understand what they were doing and why!!! Scott, I believe may be the owner, not sure, but everyone in the front office needs to be aware that as an employer myself you really are fortunate to have these 2 as a team effort...WOW!! I've been in restaurant business for over 20, one call ventilation is by far the best company we have used. They do it all, repairs in the middle of the night and do cleanings. Our hoods have never been cleaner, the go to the roof rain or shine. I would recommend them to anyone, having a hood system.

Have called Scott many times to clean & repair . They show up , complete the job & wrap it up. Time down is crucial in this business & they do their best to get you up & running asap.

One Call and your time is DONE. Wasted. Kaput.

I was scheduled to have my restaurant hood cleaned and I was NO called/No showed on the agreed time and date. When I called a couple of days later and finally got a hold of Scott he apologized and said he would talk to his Tech about their "policy". I have several employees too and I, of all people understand "Things happen", so we rescheduled. Guess What? No Call, No Show again.

I wish success to all business but my time is valuable and Scott (One Call) did not honor their side of a deal.
