Paul is the best..I called him at 2am with no heat he was there within 30 and he fixed the problem in minutes and explained what he did ..I wouldn't go anywhere else!!

Quick and precise fixed everything needed and extremely fair priced. Thanks again Paul saved me big time my heating boiler is like new again

I wouldn’t recommend, first time I called he showed up quick, did the diagnostic and said it’s either the limit switch issue or the control board. Went and changed the limit switch even tho I already installed a new one, that didn’t fix the issue I had to call many times to get him to come back, I even got the control board myself but he kept delaying and ignoring my calls, finally I took matter into my hands and installed the control board myself. He got $250 out of me for doing nothing and not only that, if he just was responsive I wouldn’t care. But I feel cheated here. Btw I got the control board for $35 only (I recommend doing research yourself of the issue and the cost before contacting anyone, a simple $35 issue cost me $250)

Furnace gave out wouldn’t start. Tried everything I could but HVAC is beyond my scope as a builder-time for an expert. Duda came highly recommended off a local FB group- called up he came out same day. Was a simple fix, clogged line that he quickly recognized and remedied. Was fairly priced for emergency service especially for that time of year.

Extremely service oriented, flexible and affordable! So fortunate I found this company !! A++

I work for a property management company who uses Blue Hills all the time. They are very knowledgeable and do a great job. I’ve never had any complaints after they’ve fixed something.

Did an oil to gas boiler conversion over 3 months ago. Received and personally delivered the check in the full amount on the invoice marked "final". Yesterday I get a bill for $4K with an explanation of "sub-contractor". I called the sub contractors and they were all paid in full. DO NOT BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!! SHADY AND FRAUDULENT!!!!

We had Blue Hills Mechanical come out for HVAC service and later for issues involving our water heater. During the visit, we were told that our water heater warranty was expired. After contacting the manufacturer ourselves, we discovered there were still approximately two years remaining on the warranty and were able to get a full warranty replacement approved.

That was very concerning to us, as the information provided to us was incorrect and could have led to an unnecessary full replacement at our expense.

We also spent about $1,300 on furnace repairs. The heat worked briefly, but within a few days the system returned to the same issue. We were then told the furnace (20–30 years old) needs full replacement. We understand older systems fail, but clearer guidance upfront about the likelihood of replacement would have helped us make a more informed financial decision.

During the visit, the technician stated that” he knew the furnace was to old and that he shouldn’t have worked on it.” Despite that, I was charged $1,300 for a repair that did not fix the issue and failed shortly after. I do not believe it was appropriate to charge for work that was knowingly ineffective.

Additionally, communication with the office was not a positive experience, as we felt dismissed when calling to follow up.

Overall, we are disappointed with the outcome and would recommend that others seek multiple opinions before committing to significant repair costs.

They did a great job improving the heat in my apartment. All the heat was being trapped upstairs and he fixed it so that the heat could flow throughout. Very quick and knowledgeable. Very considerate and great communication. Highly recommend!

Woke up Sunday morning to no hot water. Went to the basement to check the water tank, only to find water spreading all over the floor. Called Accurate Heating and Paul came within 30 minutes and assessed the situation and had the water tank replaced within a couple hours. Paul was very professional and gave us options that made sense. Thank you Paul! You are definitely our to go person for any future issues. Highly recommend.

Paul and his team were excellent! I would recommend him to everyone! His prices were great and he did a wonderful job. He was punctual and stayed the whole day to get the job finished so we could have heat. He is friendly and honest.

I inquired about help with our AC and Paul was very responsive. He got someone out to help us the next day. Donnie, the technician, was very knowledgeable and informative of all our options. Would use them again and highly recommend!

Paul and his team at Accurate are friendly, professional, quick, and very clean. Paul took the time to explain options and came up with a plan that fit our needs. We are excited to be able to keep our whole house nice & cool all summer long. I highly recommend them.

From the moment I spoke to Paul my experience was amazing. Paul came quickly to give an estimate on a whole new hvac system with all new ductwork, taking out our old system etc. he recommended a system I wasn’t familiar with and why he likes it but gave me many options and 3 estimates in 3 price ranges.
After doing our homework we chose his suggested bosch 2.0 heat pump and air handler.
They started the work that following week. They worked all day each day till it was done. They took care of our home while here, helped move things out of the way as needed and Paul, Mike, Donnie, and the rest of the crew were wonderful to have around. While showing Donnie an area that was to be vented, he saw my guitar and gave me a lesson it was awesome. They took the pain out of an expensive project by making it more affordable than others, informing us of al rebates and exactly how our system works and by making it a personal experience for us. They did a fantastic job and will now be our go to. I cannot recommend them enough

We found out that our furnace was not working thanksgiving morning. So I call my plumber company and leave messages, so keep calling today and nobody got back to me. Due to the situation and a busy work I got few places in google and I found a great reviews about this company, so I have my husband call them and the owner call back right away and to make the story short Don show up on time and fixed the problem and the story goes the furnace is working wonderfully and I will say I will recommend them very well and they are a keeper in my future projects. Excellent job and very good price for the emergency .Thank you very much for a job well done

I had no heat and called Paul from Accurate Heating and Air Conditioning on a Tuesday night. He showed up Wednesday morning (was willing to come out on Tuesday night). Both technicians were very pleasant and fixed the issue in about 1/2 hour. Had the part on hand and installed. I would highly recommend this company, very responsive and great guys!!

Excellent customer service. They came to my house promptly and returned calls and texts promptly. I had 2 smart thermostats installed and am very happy with the job and their customer service. They went above and beyond what I needed and helped change my filters, which I hadn’t even noticed needed to be changed. I will definitely be using this company again.

Received the best service ever today. I called accurate to help with a water heater issue for my tenant and I received a call right from Paul. Paul answered all my questions quickly and set up an appointment for me for today Sunday. I chose this company based on reviews on line and I am impressed and I highly recommend him, you will not be disappointed. A true professional that kept his word and was ontime. Prior to the install I spoke with the owner to get all the info involved with the product and what to expect when it came time for the installation. My wife and I were pleased with what we heard and contracted with him to have a mini split system installed. The install process took 2 days of diligent work and we are completely satisfied. We are looking forward to lower energy bills.

Paul and his team are fast professional people who installed my central AC years ago,AC started acting up late at night, I messaged Paul 11:00pm asking him if he could got out in the morning he promised he could get to me even though he was extremely busy with temperatures in the high 90’s today and expected higher tomorrow 6 /24/2025 . I explained to Paul my wife’s medical condition and told him we could get by until he could get to me later in the day, Paul showed up at 9:00 am and got to work! He and his crew diagnosed and replaced the parts causing the problems with the speed and care and concern for our wellbeing. This owner operator is a stand up caring guy. I can’t say enough about this company, and I will definitely have my systems inspected and serviced annually to hopefully avoid situations like this in the future. Great service great guys local company but goes wherever he is needed. Thank you again!
