I don't usually write a review no matter good or bad, this time I feel compelled because of the quality of work Frank provided. I had some complex electrical needs involving specialized installations, and Frank handled them with ease. He is incredibly knowledgeable and very patient with technical questions. The finish is clean, professional, and beyond what I was looking for. He cleaned up everything and even did an impressive patch work for the wall. If you want the job done right the first time, Frank is your guy.

I am glad I called Frank after trying a few others who did't call back or were unable to get to it. I contacted him at 4:00 in the afternoon, we discussed my issue, and he was out at 10:00 the next morning. He discovered a bad circuit breaker due to moisture getting into the panel which put the other breakers in jeopardy. He replaced the bad on and sealed area where water was getting in. He also suggested options for future repairs or upgrades for the remining, potentially damaged circuit breakers. He was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. A "go to" electrician that I won't hesitate to call or refer in the future

Edin is a very knowledgeable electrician. It didn’t take much time for him to pinpoint my electrical problem and fixed it in no time.

Edin is a great guy to work with! He did terrific jobs in installing lights for us with a very reasonable charge. Very knowledgeable and considerate in finishing the work. We are amazed that we did not see holes or scratches on walls after the installation. Not only with his craftsmanship, Edin is a kind, friendly person to work with. I strongly recommend Edin as one of the best electricians in the market!

I recently hired Edin and Justin to install LED hexagon lights in my gym. They were very prompt, professional and the lighting completely transformed and leveled up the space . I love it so much

Edin fixed the electrical issue at my home. He was very professional, quickly identified the problem, and repaired it efficiently. I will definitely recommend him.

Edin is an amazing electrician. He spent the entire day installing recessed lights and updating all of the outlets and switches in my beach side condominium. He is a hard working, honest electrician. I will never use anyone else!

I deal with supply houses in vendors every day multiple times a day have recently been dealing with Steve in the Woburn Granite city branch and it has been A awesome experience. Is super responsive both by phone and email always gets right back to me with questions or a completed quote. Super good at working around our crazy schedule in sourcing specialty items if needed. I could not be any more pleased with the service I’ve been getting highly recommend also very good with pricing any discrepancies he is more than happy to talk over and revise if needed

Most definitely one of the fastest in-n-out Granite City supply houses around. The other stores should look up to you guys on your attentive employees and their eagerness to get you what you need and back to your job as quickly as possible!

I'm writing about Granite City Woburn, MA--The staff here are nothing short of FANTASTIC. A friend recommended Granite City because I was looking for a particular brand of ceiling fans, and I was not disappointed. The manager, Mark, could not have been more helpful; he even made buying electrical supplies fun. I am especially appreciative of his patience in helping me determine exactly what I needed to buy, and his advice was spot on. When I explained I also needed somewhat unusual extra parts (which proved a bit tricky to acquire), co-worker Andrew took over, and customer service, yet again, was over the top--he stayed in touch regularly by phone and email until he was certain the order had been placed and shipment on its way. Three cheers for Granite City Woburn. Great staff, great store. And their prices were better than Home Depot and Lowes, too!
