I called asking for a simple in-house light fixture replacement. The admin's response was "We aren't taking any new residential jobs right now." I am sure their quality of work is fine, but that answer is absurd. The admin did not lift a finger to refer me to anyone else, to let me know a future time where they will take residential jobs and overall she showed zero desire to help me get my problem solved. Their customer service absolutely nil. I am sure it is because they have tons of work and have a right to refuse service, but at least make the tiniest effort to help the customer find another service provider. Is that too hard?

I always try to support my local businesses and to keep things close to home. When I contacted NEC for some residential work, and I was told by Cheryl that they are not taking new clients because they are too busy. Typically, when companies are very busy, they will just schedule jobs further out, but they did not seem to need or want the business.

We were in a very tough spot and Nardone was incredible. Specifically, Jason who should wear a cape went above and beyond to ensure we were OK. Barry, Cheryl and the rest of the team were great too. Thank you.

Wish I could add pictures. Stole powerful light switches did not put the switch back. Failed to remove old smoke detectors. Failed to remove live wires all over the building.

I recently purchased a home with a Kohler generator. I contacted kyle Butler to set up an account and schedule my first maintenance. Before that date, my power went out and generator came on. It stayed on for one hour. At 10pm I called Nardone for help. Within 5 minutes i got a call from Tom Prior who walked me thru some items to determine why it was still running and correct the issue. THEY WERE AWESOME IM SO GLAD I CHOSE NARDONE FOR MY GENERATOR MAINTENANCE!

I had a great experience with Nardone. They managed a complicated electrical 6-gang panel in our HOA that involved coordination with 6 unit owners, HOA trustees, National Grid, and the city of Medford. Mike, the project manager, was communicative and persistent during the planning process. His team happily stayed on site for 15 hours to see the project to completion. I would work with them again.
