I had the most fantastic experience with Best Chimney & Roofing Co. Everybody from the Char on the phone, to Charles who came and gave the estimate to Shawn and his partner who did the work exceeded my expectations. I needed the crown on my chimney replaced for a liner installation that was happening that day and they went out of the their way to get that completed saving me several 4 hour trips.
By 12:30 that afternoon the job was complete. They even worked with the furnace installers to help put the liner down the Chimney after they had repaired the crown.
I can not say enough about how happy and am with their service.

Absolutely worst company I've ever dealt with. I bought a house and needed the chimney inspected for the city, dealt with multiple people at this company trying to schedule an inspection. Got no call no showed five different times, you can try to call their technicians back but you will go straight to voicemail. Waste of my time. Doesn't seem like anybody at this company wants to work, don't understand how they are in business still, since there are more reviews similar to mine. If I could rate this company worse I would. It's a shame my whole neighborhood has chimneys and for as long as I live there I'm going to go out of my way letting people know not to use this company.

Received a quote from Chuck last September & when I called in March, they said they’d be out to do the porch repair for the same price, as soon as it was warm enough. A couple weeks later, I received a call on a Friday from Chad saying he’d be able to start work that Monday. He and another guy removed and replaced the large, busted steps without damaging my existing wooden railing, patched and replaced pieces of the cement cap, adding a clean, fresh layer of cement on top, filling a bunch of cracks between bricks that had settled, and reattaching my downspout. These guys went above and beyond and had most of it done in one day. An added bonus - I worked from home that day, and I barely heard a peep. Very respectful, mindful of my property and neighbors. Good-looking, fast work for a reasonable price…
Unfortunately, the work didn’t hold up. Less than a month later, cracks were visible again. Now, after one winter, I’m glad I didn’t paint the cement — it’s in need of additional repair. I’m not sure I would use the same company again.

Needed our chimney repaired. Called, someone called back right away and gave our quote. We had the work done within a week. The guys that came out did great work and it was reasonably priced.

This company is shady to say the least. I did not look at the reviews beforehand. Shame on me.
I had an estimate done for new cap and tuck pointing.funny they said it would cost another $250. I paid it, then had to go up on the roof to check on the antenna. They put a preformed cap then added mortar. The cap had a big chunk out of the corner and the mortar was all cracked up.
Then I looked in the gutter and they just washed all the excess mortar into it.
I called several times to talk to someone.
They never called back, so I canceled the check. Finally the owner “Jerry” called me back with an attitude.
He said that he looked at the job and found nothing wrong. I sent him photos and so far, no response.
My advice is….find someone else!

I was so very happy with Best Chimney! I called, they called back promptly. They were at my house within 2 days. Completed several jobs in a very timely manner. Chris and his crew couldnt have been nicer. Highly recommend Best Chimney Company.

They were extremely professional and prompt. After placing the initial call for help, they put me in touch with a field tech within a couple of hours, and he was here within two days. Then the actual repair happened within a week! New top cap looks fantastic, and Chris was great in explaining the ins and outs of getting a fire started, avoiding a downdraft, etc. Highly recommend!
