We called Arko Exteriors after having house damage which required replacement of 2 garage doors and all of our siding. We initially worked with Paul and then with Wyatt. Despite being told by other companies that it would take months to even get an estimate, Arko came out almost immediately, gave us an estimate, worked closely with our insurance company and started the job within a few weeks. I can't tell you how pleased I am with their work. It is PERFECT. We had a couple concerns along the way but they were addressed and fixed immediately. It took a few weeks to get the garage doors but that is normal these days because of the supply chain. They came sooner than I expected and were installed by Aker Garage Doors and were PERFECT. I couldn't be happier. We also had the shutters and front door painted. Looks GREAT. Shout out to Larry. Wyatt was my last Contact person and he made sure the final product was complete and met my expectations. One more shout out to Katie, who answers the phone and probably does a million other things. Every time I called she updated me and made sure someone contacted me. She worked with me and my insurance company making sure everything was finalized. She was always cheerful and helpful.
We would use Arko again for sure. Couldn't be more pleased.

We used Arko for our roof. Not only were they polite and courteous they replaced our roof in an expedient manner. We did not even know they had been at our house! We will use them again!

We got our roof done last year by Arko. They did a great job. They were done in just a few days even though they had to take off multiple layers of roofing. The workers made sure to clean up nails and roofing materials around the yard after they were done. The roof looks great and we haven’t had any problem with leaks since it was put in. The person we worked with, Jake, was awesome through the whole process! We highly recommend Arko!

With major hail damage to my home, I am glad I selected Arko Exteriors to complete all repairs. Josh Ellis helped walk us through the entire process.
They did a great job. They were done in just a few days even though they had to take off multiple layers of roofing and the weather was not the best.

We are repeat (multiple repeat!) customers, who recently employed Arko by way of an insurance claim related to hail damage resulting in a roof/shingle, gutter, leaf guard, fascia, and window wrap replacement. The project manager, Dylan North, from Arko was present for every step of the process ranging from the inspection to post-production touchups. We were also satisfied with the communication and experience with Scott Johnson from Farmers insurance, regarding the expedience and reimbursement of the claim. There were no unexpected events after the final assessment/adjustment and the dollar values tied out to the penny regarding co-pay and final payments. The office staff, Katie in particular, was receptive to our concerns and responded in a friendly and timely fashion. I would recommend Arko and look forward to doing business with them again in the future.

Arko has been amazing from beginning to end! Our house looks great, and we could not be more satisfied with the service from everyone involved. We needed a new roof and siding due to hail damage. Nathan Davis walked us through the process and answered all our questions. He came to the house with the insurance adjuster and was in contact with us throughout the process. The quality of work was outstanding with both the roof and siding. FANTASTIC all around! We worked with Chris Chicoine to have our roof replaced. He was on top of it! Professional, very attentive, thorough in explaining each step of the process and making sure we understood everything and then followed up with us all throughout the process as well! He couldn't have made it any easier to work with him and Arko! We left to go out of town the afternoon the roof was being replaced; we came home 2 days later to a new roof and all remnants/debris was cleaned up so well you would have never known they were there! They also were extremely professional, timely and did quality work on the roof and siding. They kept me updated on the progress. Arko Exteriors is the best roofing company I've worked with. Much in part, because of their superb communication. Paul, from Arko Exteriors wasn't only a good contractor to speak to, he's an amazing guy; friendly, professional, and genuinely caring about the roofing damage that we had. Paul responded to texts and calls immediately, and was a very clear guide toward fixing our roof, showing us what options there are, very concise with time and cost.
He said he would be on our property for 1 day. And in 1 day our house was completely repaired!

Let me just say that this by far has been the best experience with any roofing company that I have ever dealt with and there has been many. Luke and Nick took their time out of their busy schedules and came to my home after my roof was replaced and a new storm came through just to make sure all was ok and nothing needed to be fixed. What service, what care, what a company they run !! I am thrilled with the service and would recommend them to anyone! If you have any doubts on who you should go with for work on your roof, stop right there and know you're in great hands with the Arko team. Had a leak in our kitchen ceiling. Arko sent Nic out to evaluate and troubleshoot the source. His response and professionalism was great. Once scheduled his crew finished the job quickly and were very polite to work with.
Nic was very patient and provided details of the repair to ensure the job was done correctly.

Our experience with Nic at Arko was top notch. He was personable, friendly and listened to what we wanted to have completed on our project. Throughout the project, he communicated well and often. Overall, we are satisfied with the final outcome of our roof being redone.

The 5 stars is for Nic, I wish I could rate different aspects of our experience differently. For the crew, I'd probably give 2 to 3 stars. They laid tarps out around our house and garage, however it was windy that day and they didn't weigh them down, so they blew around and a lot of tear-off material ended up in our landscaping rock, which goes all around the house. We picked up over 200 nails when they were all done with their cleanup, which included using a leaf blower to blow off patio and driveway and blew the nails and slate into the rock, which pretty much buried the nails in the rocks since the rocks were blown around as well. When we called Nic about this, he sent Wyatt to come out with a magnet and was very thorough in the grass areas around house and found quite a few more nails. He was also very polite and friendly. In the past months since the work has been completed, we are still finding random nails and I'm sure we will find more over the years as the rocks shift. Another issue we had was when the crew was loading the shingle packs onto the roof, they were dropping them from waist level, rather then bending and setting them down. I understand they are heavy, but we now have squeaks in our house where we didn't before. It shook and rattled the house like they were going to come through the roof.

We brought our concerns to Nic and he was going to relay them to the correct people. I hope its been addressed and future customers won't have the same problems. A few days after roof was done, we had a very hard rain with wind. There was some water in our garage by our furnace. Nic came out the same day and spent a large amount of time trying to figure out where it had come from. He was very thorough and took lots of pictures, went in attic of garage and on the roof. We determined it was from the wind blowing the rain sideways and through the exhaust pipe. It hasn't happened since so I am comfortable with that determination.

Arko was great Chris Chicoine handled everything I was so Impressed with the end results! Our home looks amazing. I will definitely use them again in the future. Thank you for a job well done.

We had hail damage and needed roof and gutter replacement. I thought all roofing companies were the same. I used a different company several years ago for my mother’s house and they were horrible. Arko was amazing, they did a great job and it was done fast with no mess left behind. Craig Lynch was our sales associate and was very helpful in the process with our insurance company.

After we discovered we had hail, we contacted Arko to inspect our roof. Nic R was so great at explaining what was damaged and the time frame it would be repaired. They were so fast! I'm so impressed with them, and will use them in the future for sure!

During the July storm last year our roof took some heavy damage, one being our ridge coming off. I contacted three different roofing companies provided by my insurance and heard back from Arko Exteriors right away. Chris came out the next day and inspected my roof and provided me a thorough step by step process of how everything was going to work with insurance as I was new to the whole process. Chris was absolutely amazing to work with and fought tooth and nail with me as we battled the minefields of insurance. Without Chris, I would've been completely loss in the whole process. His professionalism, friendliness, work ethic, and customer service is above and beyond 5 stars. Arko came out and finished my roof in one day and I'm thankful for everything they've done.
