We had flooding in our kitchen as a result of plumber error. Our entire kitchen and dining area as well as lower level were water damaged. Arko stepped in and rapidly did demo and in the past two days restoration is taking place. Every Arko employee that has come to our home has been considerate, honest and ready to assist. A shout out to Dillon and to Tom. These two have been friendly and very professional putting our home back together!! Thank you for the work you are doing! Excellent!

Arko Exteriors came into my life by chance. at the time I was responsible for 2 houses both had sustained hail damage from asevere storm. My realtor had suggested Arko because she had hired them twice and was satisfied. By chance a neighbor was told by their Insurance company they needed a reputable company to assess the damges to the neighbor's property. His Insurance company required Arko for the assessment. I requested the phone number for the Arko Rep. that is when I met Nic. He was there, at the first property the same day. I was so impressed with his thoroughness I asked if he could assess the second property. He worked with my realtor and took care of everything for me. No worries at all. The crew that took care of the roof and siding are exceptional. I am still impressed with the craftsmanship with which they applied their talents. Nic kept me apprised of every step of the process well in advance so I could arrange my schedule. The team worked through the worst weather and conditions. I give everyone 5 stars. What could have been a nightmare for me to navigate was for the most part stress free. Wyatt came through and took care of screens and window glazing and nail pickup. I'm sure there are tons of others i'm unaware of working their hearts out and all I can say is I can't thank you all enough for an exceptionally executed repair.

Nic Rundle came to inspect my roof to see if I needed it to be replaced. He was thorough, competent, and honest. He found that I did not need a new roof! I was impressed with his abilities and would recommend Arko Exteriors for assessments. My daughter used Arko to replace her roof, and she praises all the workers!

Our experience started out great with Arko. However, when they found out we were getting multiple quotes for a shed rebuild, they ghosted us. Lied and made excuses when we called and never returned our calls eventhough we said we wanted to work with them, but were getting another quote basically as a favor to a neighbor. Then instead of sending a repeat invoice for payment (for tree removal which was a total good on our part and would have been paid immediately upon request) or a letter requesting payment, or threat of collections, they sent us court papers which cost us more money. I will never let anyone from this company on my property again!

July 2019, there was a large hail storm in Andover, we opened a case with our insurance with Arko Exteriors/Restoration as our contracting company. Several items were to be completed such as Gutters, Window/Door Wrap, Roof, and they were going to work with insurance on the damaged siding. The insurance company cut a check for the work which was signed right over to Arko (first mistake). ~$13k for roof replacement on a split entry 2600 SQ FT home.

Finally by September 16th, they started the roof replacement (3 months later) and still have not replaced the rain redirector sheet metal over the door. The rest of the work was NEVER completed and we have officially cut ties. This seems to be a very expensive roof replacement.

Majority of the inquires went with no responses and we would be reaching out via email, text and calling about 6-8 times a month for 7 months. Promises were made but never complete. The last straw was a new case for internal ceiling damage from the moisture was basically denied due to lack of experience of the team. We brought in a third party professional with over 30 years of experience validating the claim with specifics. However, we received no support from Arko on the case. Repairs will now need to come out of our pocket.

Finally, when we came back home in March from being away, we heard a loud banging in the back of our house. Investigating, we saw the roof drip edging hanging ready to fall off (see attached picture).

Another fact is that with 5 of my other neighbors, 2 choose not to go with them due to lack of responses. One neighbor only had their roof replace and was happy. The last two neighbors had the roofs replaced around the same time but are still waiting for additional work and are NOT happy with the responses or work. Next door, it took Arko 6 months to check the siding, removed a piece and left it exposed to the elements. It took like a dozen calls to get them to cover it finally late February.

Was extremely pleased with my experience with Arko Exteriors. Luke and his team were thorough and knowledgeable, and above all professional. Will be recommending them to others.

Arko did a great job with my roof. Very professional and helped all the way through. My only complaint would be that the communication wasn’t always quick and I’d have to reach out multiple times for a response. However, I’d recommend them if that isn’t a big deal to you!

We contracted with Arko to update sidings and windows. It took several months for the windows to be arrive. Understandable given the shortage in production from pandemic, however the estimated timeframe we were given was delayed multiple times which was frustrating. Once their work started, it turned out that one of the windows was completely wrong size so they had to reorder it. Communication with Project Manager was challenging. Sometimes took over a week and second text or call to get hold of him. Project Manager was rarely on site to oversee the work. I'm guessing they subcontract out their work. The work they did to replace the windows and back garage door was poor quality as you can see in the pictures. They would 'resend' the same workers to 'correct' the issues but after 2 attempts to fix the poor quality of work, it's not worth the hassle to keep having them come out. For sidings work- they did an okay job but in hindsight I see Arko is overpriced for sidings. Just want to give an accurate review so others can avoid the headache we went through.

I am so happy with all of the people I dealt with to have my roof replaced. From Katie in the office, who is fantastic at her job, to Jesse, who could never be nicer or more knowledgeable, to Jack who finished the job. The crew who did the actual work on my roof was great. Arrived very early and worked all day even in the hot sun. Yes, it didn't rain that day! They were friendly and very efficient with their work. I would highly recommend Arko Exteriors for any needs you have concerning your home.

Arko got me out of a bind with an urgent need for new roof install for home sale. Came out same day for a quote and got me on the schedule for the next week to install. What they estimated two days they worked a long day and completed it in one. Couldn’t be happier with the customer service and the work they performed. All at a reasonable price as they we cheaper then the other 2 quotes we received. Thanks for the help Luke!

Arko helped us after a hail storm - we didn't want to go with someone knocking on doors around the neighborhoods so we asked around for reputable contractors. We called Arko, they sent Nic out to talk to us and he helped us through the whole process and dealing with the insurance company. We are very happy with the results - they were professional and responded quickly to any questions we raised and changes we requested along the way.

We highly recommend Arko. They responded quickly when a giant tree fell on our garage roof. Josh did a great job communicating with us and our insurance company. He coordinating everything for us including calling a tree removal service and even placed a tarp over the exposed roof himself. The work was prompt and thorough.

Arko Exteriors was wonderful to work with. They worked around our schedule and got the job done fast and did a great job. They made sure clean up was done throughly as we had family and lots of little kids coming over after. Katie with Customer Service made sure to answer all of our questions and I was very thankful Katie helped facilitate inquiries between us and our insurance company. Scott, our project manager made us feel comfortable and gave us great advice on product selection and had awesome communication with us through the whole process. I would definitely recommend Arko Exteriors to anyone who needs exterior work done.
