at a baseball game for the saints, somebody who is wearing your logo on your shirt was standing and talking very loud in front of us for a solid 15 minutes. was not respectful to us and denied our request for him to relocate, you know who you are. otherwise your doing a great job

I called a different repair company first to look at my water softener and regretted it. The other company was pushing for a sale and spent no time at all actually looking at the current appliance. I decided to get a second opinion from HomeWorks and I am very glad I did! HomeWorks was very responsive, able to come and assist quickly, and did a professional and thorough job of reviewing my current appliance before recommending a move to a newer model. Adam was pleasant to work with, educated my husband and I without talking down to us, and after giving us some time to think through the right option for us he jumped very quickly into the repair , which ended up being less expensive and have a longer warranty than the first company. Adam took time after the installation to educate us about care and settings, and he also answered some questions we had as new homeowners about other appliances and preventative maintenance. Adam was great and I was very pleased with the high quality and quick installation, and the fair pricing. I would work with HomeWorks again any time I needed their help.

Brian from Blue Ox was very helpful in explaining what I needed to maintain my boiler system. He also put me in contact with Carl from Early Bird Electric to help with concerns with the fuse box. Both gentlemen were very good to work with.

I’ve worked with Homework’s since the beginning when they were with Adams. I’ve never had bad service. Over the years I’ve had all of my old appliances serviced and am slowly replacing them as they reach their end of life. Today installed a new furnace and am very happy. Good sound advice, not constantly upselling. Highly recommended!

Brandon led the team for installation of a new boiler. The team did a professional job and had a rapid turn around on the order so we were able to get heat restored quickly. Brandon did a great job explaining the process. Happy with price and with service.

I was absolutely blown away with the service I was provided today. Jeff one of their service technicians did such an amazing job. He not only helped calm me down when I was getting anxious about the cost but talk me through the various plans He was amazing. He did a great job at entertaining my dog as well while we waited for the water softener to arrive. I would recommend them to absolutely anybody looking for this type of service and I will only use them going forward.

Darius was polite, professional & knowledgeable. He diagnosed our mini-split problem quickly & Chris showed up to fix it - and stayed all day troubleshooting until it was fixed! The two techs and service manager all explained their assessment & what they were doing at each step. This, in comparison to the company that installed it, who told us we needed to pay $20k for a new system. Not true! HomeWorks was honest, reliable & responsive. Now we know who to call for our HVAC needs!

I was disappointed with my experience with HomeWorks. I scheduled a “Plumbing, Heating & Air A/C Tune-Up and Yearly Maintenance Services”. My reason for scheduling the appointment was to clean my A/C coils which was listed in the services provided with that service. The service person was professional and I had confidence in his ability. He showed me several components that were showing their age. He told me my A/C unit had a hail protector around the outside that would require extra work to remove and expense to clean. At the end of the appointment, he told me it would cost an additional $400.00. Several years before I used a groupon for under $40.00, which included removing the outer housing. There was an offer to schedule an appointment with a comfort consultant. At the end of the appointment, I had no benefit from the service. I was told my system was old and may not last a lot longer, which I already knew. A/C coils were not cleaned. The website should explain that some A/C units require additional work and will not be cleaned without additional expense. Then I could have asked questions before scheduling the appointment. Now I need to find someone else to clean the coils.

Josh was friendly and knowledgeable. He explained what he had done and asked if I had questions about anything. He was able to complete all work even though most of it was not scheduled for that day. I appreciated that everything was completed with one visit. I would definitely recommend him!!
