We recently bought a home and wanted to have our HVAC serviced and checked out. Ryan came out and did an amazing job! He was so thorough and did many tests and checks of our system and explained everything so well. I am very happy! I will definitely be using this company going forward.

Michael E. was terrific! He was personable, polite and professional. He repaired our leaking pipe and his many years of experience provided confidence in his workmanship. We would have him back without giving it a second thought.

These folks are pretty great. I worked directly w/ Jeremy P. and was immediately impressed w/ his knowledge and professionalism. Jeremy was able to explain things to me in a way that I could easily understand. I felt comfortable talking and working with him. Extremely satisfied with my experience using HomeWorks, and specifically, Jeremy P.

Scheduling was horrible. I was never actually scheduled after being told I was and had to call back after my appointment time had been wasted waiting. I was told someone would call me. I had to call again, long after being told I would be contacted, in order to make sure someone was actually coming. For half an hour of work, it was over $300, even after a membership discount and a service coupon. This isn’t the first or second, or even third, time they’ve gotten me with astronomical rates, so shame on me, but we don’t know any good small business tradesmen. Charge transparency is completely lacking, so we never get told exactly what we’re paying all that money for. At least the call takers are polite. 2/10 for the business.

Adam did a great job, offered a third replacement option that saved me a lot of money, and quickly fixed our broken shower faucet. He was kind, pleasant, knowledgeable, and professional. I hope to see him stick around for a long time and I highly recommend him. 10/10 for the employee.

Willie was kind, courteous, and efficient.
I was in the middle of a conference call when he arrived and he was so patient with me. I loved how he shared all the info and didn’t pressure me to make any decision without consulting with my husband first. I was very impressed with his professionalism. Thank you Willie!!

Very thankful when we had Willie come out to assist with an issue we were having. He was very understanding, had great descriptions of the issues at hand, showed pictures & discussed 3 different tiers of going forward with a plan-from what needs immediate attention, to a couple things that would be very beneficial. Did not push at all towards the things beyond immediate issue and was very understanding when I mentioned financial constraints.

Our technician Jeremy did an awesome job. He was on time and quickly diagnosed what the issue was. He gave us multiple different payment options and plans on what needs to be fixed and when and we were able to choose what worked best with our budget. Overall it was a great experience and they quickly fixed and installed a new sink for us.

Michael was very professional and informative. He explained what had happened to my aged water heater as well as the options I had. I was very impressed with his service and will use Home Works again! Very positive experience!!

7/21/23 - Ian and Ryan we're on the scene within a half hour. After diagnosis, and an hour's work or more, the blockage was removed and the problem solved. They cautioned me to flush more often since I tend to use a lot of toilet paper. They also noted a cracked toilet in the downstairs bathroom. They quoted me a rate to replace it. It looks reasonable so I'll probably have them take care of it.

Adam was right on time. He was pleasant, and explained what had gone wrong, and what needed to be fixed clearly and completely. I didn't have the money for the repair, but Adam got me low interest rate money quickly. By paying it off before the end of the week, there will be no interest charge. I couldn't be happier.

2/19 - Tyler said that nothing needed to be done, that the shower was fine, and a new ballast was not warranted. He Said to wash my face without turning the shower on like I have been doing, and then to turn the shower on just before I got in. 2/25 - I was skeptical, so last night was the first time I used the shower since Tyler was here. It worked better than he said it would. I am happy that his experience saved me so much money.

Jeremy did an excellent job, was very thorough going over options, explaining features and how system works etc.
when he did the installation he was on time, careful and did great job installing and checking system. Cleaned up and answered any questions I had.

Had two previous successful service calls with HomeWorks and appreciated how quickly they were able to respond and address my service needs. Today, the technician was working on my central air unit when he turned on the water to my winterized irrigation system. We are supposed to have freezing temperatures in the weather forecast this week and I'm concerned about the damages caused by this technician's actions. The tech said that he talked to his manager and there was nothing that he could do. I will not ever use and can not ever recommend this service to anyone again as a result.

HomeWorks was very courteous and accommodating. We had no issues at all with scheduling and rescheduling an appointment. Your plumbing specialist, Josh, was exceptional! He is very kind, knowledgeable and was very easy to work with on our plumbing project. You couldn't have sent a better individual. We have never worked with HomeWorks in the past and will definitely call HomeWorks for any future plumbing tasks.

Jared was super helpful and very flexible with my communication! I had to work in office so my mother was present at the time he stopped by. He called me to communicate what was going on and gave me my options for repairs, but did not pressure me with my decisions. Jared was personable and knowledgeable. The company itself was very responsive with letting me know when he would arrive and even included information and a picture of the technician which made me feel more comfortable. Overall, great experience and I will be using this company for any HVAC/Plumbing repairs!

Jerry did a Fabulous job explaining the whole maintenance process and pointing out the concerns we should take note of regarding our furnace.

Good on the frontside of sales and installation, not so great on the backside. Most recent episode was discovering multiple gas leaks on their water heater installation. After identifying the leak, I called them and they refused to come out saying their "licensing" requires Centerpoint to come out and verify a leak on their installation. Centerpoint said that is a lie - seems as though Homeworks is using Centerpoint's emergency gas leak service as a free way to "ensure" there is a leak. Prior issues were them selling, installing, and delaying replacement for a saltless water conditioning system that was wholly inadequate for the water in our area. Multiple attempts to get them to come out and test the water and they refused and ultimately replaced it with a water softener a year later. During the installation of a new HVAC system, they incorrectly removed, reinstalled, removed again, and put back a central humidifier leaving multiple patches on the ducting trunk. Not a happy customer anymore.

I have been so impressed with everyone involved since I had the furnace replaced recently and now the air conditioner’s final installation and now ready for the summer. Communication is excellent, service was timely and professional and Jed was excellent to work with. I felt very confident in the work done. I can’t remember the name of the other service technician today but he was also professional and did a great job. I have been passing on the name of Home Works and the excellent job they do.

I was very impressed with Michael with his outgoing, professional and knowledgeable personality. He was very informative and not pushy although I even knew at 20 years my water heater had outgrown its usefulness. I was happy to see him the following morning also when he introduced the installer. Overall timely and excellent service.

2-24-2024 Joel Soto was great in servicing my furnace and air conditioner. Home Works has the greatest and professional technicians. They are very knowledgeable and thorough in their explanations instilling a lot of trust. Very easy to talk to and ask questions of.

Detailed orientated, very professional, on top of his game. Did real good job on yearly AC checkup and presented me his findings and recommendations on his findings and cost to have it repaired. This is first time in 7 years that the AC was looked at and I thought he would find issue. Presented me the cost to have AC back to running like new. When finished he cleaned up area to the way he found it, left no mess. HomeWorks you have one fine youngster working the trade. He's a keeper in my books.

Nick was great! He explained everything I needed to know with no pushy sales pitches. He has a great personality, and we had a great chat! He has character and an integrity which is rare in one so young. His work ethic is stellar. I would have him back anytime!

Dylan was great to work with. He explained all options and was very observant during our furnace tune up check. He saved us from a potential flooding issue after realizing a clog in our humidifier pipe. He was extremely patient and walked us through the entire process and even checked for a discount on the cleaning. Hopefully we can work with him again next time!

Had a great experience. Had a AC tune up. Great price. Jared was great at his job, and vary thorough. After his inspection and tune up. Went through each item with me when done. Gave me all my options and prices. Did not pressure me to make any quick decisions . Great personality and knowledgeable at his job. I will definitely use them again and tell others.

Michael did a great job being thorough in explaining things and showing us what was needed. He was not pushy and understood life expenses and was honest and forthcoming. He was quick and efficient in replacing the water heater and adding a water softener. We went without water for a very short time and were grateful for the company’s quick response to our needs!
