Wyatt & David came by to pick up left over materials from our chimney rebuild today. Just like all the other crew members who were at our home, they were courteous and did a great job with the details. When they were leaving, they made sure the job was done correctly and everything was neat. Couldn’t ask for better than that!

Let me start by saying, getting anybody to our location has ALWAYS been a problem! We’re 45 minutes from anything! They responded QUICKLY on Home Adviser, like within TWO minutes! From there it was refreshing, setting up an appointment was easy, we had both Email AND text confirmation, and at one day before, got a reminder! Then on the day of service, the tech gives you an ETA! They performed a thorough service on our fireplace, complete with scoping the flu, and snapshots within the fireplace and chimney report! We would recommend SureGlow stove and chimney if you need a service!

Everyone that came out to do the work were very knowledgable and friendly, from the inspection to completion of the project. Only reason for the 4 star was because of an issue when we first contacted them and schedules the inspection, we waited their time period and no one ever showed up, due to their office people and scheduling.
Two days after the completion of the chimney we notice some of the flashing that was starting to fall, they were there the next day to repair it. Over all great service from them

Jared was Polite and professional. Jared Would receive 5 stars if he had gone beyond what I asked and taken a look at the second chimney to determine if it had similar problems.

Dale called ahead of time and showed up on time and provided excellent service and care for our annual cleaning. Plus the dogs were thrilled when greeted with treats. Thank you Dale & the SureGlow team!

Chris was on time, very friendly and polite. He cleaned and inspected the outside of the chimney then went inside to clean and check the insert. He put down a protective pad so our floor wasn’t touched.

We just moved to this house a year ago and had no idea anything about the wood stove. Aaron was amazing. He did a thorough inspection and went over all the pictures then did the cleaning. He had time to do the repairs that we needed and also went over the pictures he took after the repair. I was very impressed with him and the job he did.
