Derek and his crew did a wonderful job installing our new stove. They were very professional, they arrived on time when they said they would. They even sent an email a day before installation to remind me that they were coming. Their prices were reasonable and they didn't leave a mess inside or outside our home. I would definitely use them again for any work we need done.

They did an amazing job. Keith was very professional. He's communication was great. The brick stairs that he had to remove and relay look great. Brick masons are hard to find and he was a great one.

Cameron was the technician who came out to inspect our chimney and provide a quote. Very professional, knowledgeable and expedient. SureGlow was able to reduce the cost of repair considerably and we’re looking forward to seeing the final result.

Ozark stove and chimney dba Sure glow has done a great job. Started out as an inspection and clean of fireplace after home purchase and turned into a whole project. Existing flu was to small and fireplace was able to be used. Nathan gave me some options and Brian was great at explaining each item on quote. Office ladies Brooke and Ms. Nancy worked with me on scheduling and payment options. Garrett, David and Frank (install team) were very professional and were able to answer all my questions through the project. We installed a new wood insert super le with new flu piping and complete water proofing. Process was painless and I’m one very happy customer.
