I liked how honest and direct the mold removal staff was. They did a great job and didn't try to sell me services I didn't need.

I called to get the mold cleaned after a flood wrecked my basement. The workers did a great job of getting rid of the mold and drying the area completely. They also taught me how to stop mold from coming back, which was helpful.

I had a lot of water damage because of a plumbing problem, but this firm made it easy by taking care of everything from cleaning up to fixing everything.

The mold removal was done quickly and professionally. We feel considerably secure in our home now that the staff sealed and treated all the problematic areas.

I called for an inspection because I spotted condensation on my windows. The inspector saw that mold was starting to grow and took care of it right away. I appreciate how honest and quick they were; it stopped me from having a worse problem.

After a huge flood, we could see mold along the baseboards in a few rooms. The cleanup team got there quickly, took away all the damaged things, and sprayed everything with an antibacterial spray. They dealt with the problem before it could get worse.

After a leak from our upstairs bathroom, we called them to get rid of the mold. They were on time, polite, and explained how mold grows in a way that made sense. Cleaned up quite well.

This is the second time in 10 years that I have used Roof One. The first time in 2014 when my roof was damaged by a tornado that tore off shingles. Mark Schmidt who is the owner of Roof One was recommended to me by a friend and colleague. Mark took over, contacted the insurance and had the roof replaced very quickly and efficiently with good quality architectural shingles that withstood high winds, storms and hail for another 10 years. Last year in 2025 we had hail storms and wind and many houses in our neighborhood suffered roof damage and had roofs replaced. I approached Mark Schmidt again. He again negotiated with insurance, used drones to photograph the damage and negotiate for roof replacement. At a time when repairs were getting delayed, he and his team managed to replace the roof in good time. All went well and the roof was replaced in a day. Mark Schmidt and his team are thoroughbred professionals !! I recommend Roof one restoration highly !!

Roof one might be a decent company but their employee Mark Schmidt Is the biggest piece of TRASH ever, im assuming he is an employee and not the owner because no owner would act like this, We were forced to use this idiot because of the insurance adjuster sort of forced this person on us, which seems like it would be a conflict of interest and bad business practice but thats another issue.... But to shorten a long story he was a nightmare to deal with very rude and disrespectful to my mother in law. He refused to do things that were on the list of things he was supposed to do.,So we had to let him go and hire actual professionals who could handle the work and this clown has the nerve to attempt to threaten us. Couldn't complete what he said would take 3 weeks in 2months and still had the nerve to be upset when he was asked to leave the job for actual people that are pros.

This was our first time dealing with any type of damage to our home. We had extensive hail damage. Mark was very responsive to our needs. He was on time with everything. As well as explaining things to us in a way we could understand. Thank you so much for the great service.
