Had power braces installed in the basement and raindrop covers with buried downspouts on our gutters. Work was done in a timely manner, employees did a great job with the work and were respectful of our property. Made adjustments to work with our spaces.

I had my pump serviced on Jan 2. Bob did a fantastic job he walked me thru the process telling me step by step. He also fixed a part of the outside membrane that was coming apart and walked around my house searching for any other spots. I would give him a 5 star rating very nice guy. Just when you though ugly could not be turned into pretty, Thrasher basements did just that turned ugly into pretty. Thank-you and a BIG shout out to all the hard working guys who worked on my basement through small crawl spaces and got the job done. Jake the foreman kept me updated through the whole process. These pictures do not do it justice as it looks fantastic. I tried to add before and after pics so I'm hoping you can see the end results.

On 8/12/24 we noticed something wrong with our east wall. Wooden things behind anchors were not flush against the wall anymore.
Had chuck come out and he said there was nothing with the wall anymore and that it was house settlement.
I disagree with this due to no other problems any where else upstairs with cracking of drywall or doors or anything at al! Just this wall being a u shape !
We have had three different companies come out and all of the companies stated that the house has not settled enough to have push piers place like Thrasher said. They all stated it is the east wall that needs worked on, one of the companies stated that the paperwork that I received the baseline in the anchors, don’t match what we have on the walls, in the picture you’ll see it says that we have four and you’ll see in the picture of the actual wall there’s five anchors.
Since 8/12/24 Thrasher has refused to honor their 25 year warranty and fix this wall. I have called multiple times email Chuck Kane with no response. You can see the pictures, when the service person came on December 20, 2023 for the annual maintenance the wall that has the wooden piece in the picture was flush with the other wall, if you look where the three anchors are the wall is a U-shaped now and something is failing with their system and their equipment. Also, why doesn’t Thrasher want to fix what they have #Warranty for 25 years and we right now are at 11 years of having their equipment in this house. Such a shame Thrasher needs to do better. Thrasher came out with Tony and made things right and will be fix the issue and honoring the warranty work that needs to be done and he gave us free inspections for five visit for the communication issues. Thank you thrasher for listening to my Google review and wanting to do right by your customers ! Updated Ryan and Mike, did great with communication and making things right. Wall is good now.

Outstanding installation of RainDrop gutter guards by Julian and Tim and their crew! Looking forward to not worrying about cleaning my gutters ever again! Phew!

Mason & Tim came out to install my gutter guards & downspouts. They were very professional & friendly. They cleaned up after their project & showed me pictures of it completed. I highly recommend Thrasher. They are a great team!

We had Thrasher provide a driveway expansion joint, and they stabilized and protected our driveway from any future water damage. The crew was determined to finish the day and a half project in one day, and they did! The driveway looks great, Thanks guys!

Thrasher made an appointment to see my project, made an estimate and then scheduled the work. They were on time each time. It was refreshing to have them respond to my inquiry quickly. And it was really wonderful to work with someone capable and friendly. They fixed my sloping sidewalk beautifully.

Caleb was great! He listened and was thorough and courteous and prompt. His report came back to us quickly. He explained everything and gave us honest answers and recommendations.

Joe and my thrasher team were so great to work with. We problem solved my unique situation. He walked me through options and we selected the best one. And when it was done it was better than new.

The workers showed up on time and did a wonderful job of reinforcing the garage floor foundation. It even raised the building a wee bit. Bit pricy but job done very well. Wife is also pleased with the outcome of the job. 9/10

I have used Thrasher twice for separate jobs and they get the job done right in a timely manner with exceptional quality! Highly recommend for all concrete leveling and sealing needs.

Had an amazing experience with Thrasher. The sales process was very easy and to the point. Ben Morrison and his crew arrived on time both days and did beautiful work. I had a few over the top asks and they preformed, no questions asked. Having my driveway lifted, leveled, sealed, and the street creep taken care of gives me so much peace of mind that I won’t have these problems again. Ben and his crew deserve praise over their hard work.

Jeff and Tony did awesome reconditioning our patio. The patio surface smooth, zero cracks with Hello Garage permanent pavement.
