Thrasher did a great job on my parents 60 year old basement walls. They got all 4 walls done in less than 2 days even with the crappy weather. Very efficient, professional personnel. I’ve used them before on my own house. Highly recommend!

Had Felipe and his crew install waterproofing at a home in midtown. Felipe and crew were great, arriving on time, working quickly and cleaning up well!

Also had Ryan Grass and his crew out to encapsulate and insulate a crawlspace. They again exceeded expectations and did a great job! Had a HVAC guy in the crawlspace after they left and he mentioned how great of a job he thought they did and he loved working in the crawlspace now rather than before when it was dirt. Isaac Larson, our service technician, is courteous, knowledgeable and professional. He carefully inspected our sump pump system and proceeded to examine our home’s exterior and interior foundation. He brought forward some concerns with solutions for repair and preventive measures to stabilize and protect our home investment.

Isaac is friendly and went above and beyond by volunteering to shovel my front porch and sidewalk area as there was a snow storm the evening before our appointment. Couldn’t ask for more. A+ service. Thank you!

Only deserves zero stars, thrasher came out did an estimate on driveway lift and crack repair it was very basic. The estimate was within budget so after all our estimates came through we decided to go with thrasher. On the scheduled day for repair the techs came out and did their own inspections and felt like a lot of spots were missed by the tech that did their own inspections estimate, they didn’t come to the door and speak to me about but rather just left and the estimate tech reached out, he said they had some areas they were not sure about so he and his boss would come out for a second inspection. After that inspection they jumped the price by over 6000 due to all this random not needed repairs. I said no I would rather go with what I very clearly ask for and wanted and he went back to his team I waited a few days and had to reach out for an answer and they came back and said nope we need to do it for the higher price or not at all. What’s the point of doing an estimate if you’re going to be way off base for any issues that come up I could see another 1000 but no 6000. Do you really suck that bad at your job your estimates are off by that much. My husbands is convince they saw how much more we were approved for financing and thought they had a way to increase the price on us for unneeded repairs we didn’t ask for or want. Stay away from thrasher or at the very least look how awful the reviews are on the BBB website.

Addendum: thrasher did reach out and we came up with a better plan for our specific driveway and ended up finding a solution to the problem. Still more money than the original estimate but much better than the second quoted price. After we got the driveway issue squared away we were decently happy with the results.

Luke and Hannah’s crew were great. Communicate with me to ensure timing was good with the appointment. Walked me through the plan up front as well as the progress that was made. Would definitely request them for any future work.

Excellent work on driveway repair. Initial sales rep should have disclosed more about limitations of polylift. Significant delays in finishing project caused by year-end push to complete other larger projects. Overall, very satisfied with the results. Three different crews worked on the project and all were courteous, diligent and qualified.

Cody and his assistant conducted the annual Thrasher maintenance service on my foundation anchors and drainage system. He was very professional, polite and friendly. He explained every procedure thoroughly and made recommendations for remedying stress cracks on the driveway and elevating a sinking concrete stoop. He gave me a list for my records of wall measurements taken after tightening the anchors. I was very pleased with the work that they did.

Always very professional and courteous. Love that I don't have to clean up after them. And they don't leave damage to drywall or carpet like I experienced with a competitor of theirs. I will only recommend Thrasher. They are worth the money!

This was the most thorough inspection done yet. While I would like to see what the previous reports said to see if there have actually been changes in the measurements of my walls, I was told that is not available. So I’m not sure the shift mentioned has been here since my system was installed. If there has been no change, it could save me from having thousands of dollars worth of work done, which I can in no way afford.

Caleb, the latest rep was wonderful! Seth my original contact is also great. I have dealt with several other individuals that lacked knowledge of the product and possible trouble shooting assistance. I was hoping to have everything finished soon. But now have been put off two more months before completion. I'm still glad I will have a usable basement again. I only wish some of my issues could have been addressed more quickly. I began with the crew December 1 and now looking at the end of March before it will be usable again

Dillon was very informative when he came out to ensure our sump pumps were working with our maintenance. Very professional, really knew the nuances of the systems, and wanted to make sure he didn't leave any questions unanswered for us. Very happy with how Thrasher makes sure their work for us was done right and continues to work.

Nick and his crew from Thrasher did an amazing job at our facility. They were prompt and communicated well. They went above and beyond our expectations. The work was done quickly and efficiently. And the space was cleaned up when they were finished. We would use them again and recommend them to anyone who needs foundation repair.

Just had our foundation worked on by Nick, Hector and Ahmed. They did an amazing job. When they arrived they walked me through the full scope of what they’d be doing, kept me updated throughout the project and even sent photos so we could see the progress!! They were courteous, professional, and efficient. They did a great job cleaning up as well- the yard looks better than before they were there! We feel relieved knowing we went with the best and our home is protected.

I hired Thrasher to do concrete leveling on my driveway. The salesman who wrote up the estimate assured me they could level it and seal the cracks to my satisfaction. Since most of the squares were intact, this seemed like the reasonable thing to do for less money than the cost of new concrete.
When the crew came and did the work, while some of it was fine, some of it was what I considered sub-par and some of it was unacceptable. The estimator came back and agreed with me and agreed to have another crew come and fix it (to which I agreed).
When the next crew came out, we had a conversation about what needed to be done. He explained to me some of the issues particular to my driveway that would make it very hard to finish leveling the driveway to my (and their) satisfaction. He then offered me the option of a full refund of my money and calling it good. I could then put the money toward a new driveway if I chose to do that.
I found it very refreshing to have a company offer me this solution and saw it as a "win win" for everyone. It left me with no doubt that customer satisfaction is extremely important to this company. I'm as satisfied as I can be to solve this problem.
I would not hesitate to use Thrasher again!

We’ve had Thrasher serving our basement for 10 years and have always received good service. On our most recent annual checkup we had an excellent experience. Brady Deprez, our service technician, was extremely knowledgeable. More importantly, he listened to our questions and addressed our concerns. I would highly recommend both Thrasher and Brady to anyone needing help with their basement.

The whole experience was a success! From the lady who first inspected the sidewalk we wanted to repair, to her explaining they could fix our cracked driveway too, and to her helping us with a discount. The morning of the repair, Ben & Oscar showed up when they said and were very professional. They explained the work they would do and then proceeded to work hard & fix everything. They cleaned up after they were done and left everything looking 100% better than before. I was very happy with the work they did & have already recommended Thrasher Basement to friends. Five stars doesn’t even touch how I feel about Trhasher fron the sales team and foundation team and the concrete team! They were all extrodinary people very professional, kind, and exceptional in their work! Mike with the street creep team and Joe and crew working on the driveway explaining and educating me! My husband who recently went to heaven I know would be very pleased with all the work that was done and the kindness and the pride the Thrasher teams showed!
