I called and left a message. Explained my lawn mower broke, yada yada yada. Got a call back almost immediately, on a Sunday!!! Guy is awesome. Explains the process, puts me at ease. That is the best it got. Guy said he would be out on Monday. No call, no show. Tuesday no call, no show. I call on Wednesday, guy apologizes and says he'll be out ASAP and call me back. Still no call, no show. Who runs a business like that?? If you didn't want to cut my lawn, that's fine but be a good business owner and call someone back!! Will never recommend
