    It was good. Tasty. Cooked just right. I had the smoked pork chop and my friend had the Ribeye. It was a little expensive. But I've paid alot more for really poor meals. I'll be going back. You should try it too.

    Horrible company! The owner Jeff was very rude and unprofessional. His concrete work has started sinking, his bushes that he planted and have warranties have died and he won’t come back and replace them. He was told that the hill he was landscaping needed to be very low maintenance because the yard had to be maintained by a 71 year old lady. He gave her plants that need to be trimmed every couple weeks because they are so aggressive. He rearranged rocks on the hill and made it so steep the dirt and plants have slid off it. He was suppose to bring in processed dirt that weeds would be minimal in (there were more weeds than plants in the spring). He suppose to plant ground cover that didn’t attract bees becaus some people in the house are highly allergic, and he planted this yellow and red ground cover that attracts hundreds of bees and I mean hundreds! Everything he did needs to be replaced or reworked and it hasn’t even been a year yet.

    I called Jeff to ask for a quote to clear and re-mulch my flower beds, fruit trees, in my front and back yard and some landscaping on my fairly large property. He informed me that he was booked about two weeks out and that he wouldn't come out to just for a mulch job on a "small yard". He didn't even ask how large of yard I have or how large of area I needed to be mulched. If it was a small job I wouldn't be trying to pay Jeff to do it. Additionally, when my wife and I bought the house a couple of months ago I called Jeff to come to my house and provide me a quote on a landscaping project to put down brick to extend my patio and also replace my firepit with brick instead of flagstone. We set an appointment for 10am on a weekday and I took that day off work to be home when he was going to arrive. Jeff didn't arrive at the scheduled time and I attempted to call him with no answer. It wasn't until approximately 12:00 I received a call back with Jeff giving some excuse about why he missed the appointment and would like to reschedule. I rescheduled the appointment again, and again he was a no show. This demonstrates that Jeff is unprofessional and unreliable. Landscaping and Lawncare businesses typically live and die by their reputations. I will not put my seal of approval on LaytonScape, and will not recommend them to anyone I know.
