Fantastic service exceeded my expectations in every manner Wayne's choice for stump grinding

Professional and courteous. Do what they say they will do and prices are the best!!! Used them twice. Great both times.

I would never recommend this company.. and only advise to never do business with them ... they do not honor their commitments and false promise service and cancel last minute. Abhorring behavior, and ownership should be ashamed.

Pricing is great, communication and customer service is great, and I'm happy knowing that my lawn is getting what it needs and I don't have to worry about it. We have a dog, and it's so helpful that we know exactly what day the service is happening. I had a customer service question about my billing, and the rep was an absolute delight. 10/10 would recommend!

I have been a costumer for year's now and I have to say Jose R. knows what he is doing when it comes to my tree and shrub service. His knowledge makes me feel that I have the right person taking care of my arbervites. He notice a fungus growing and took care of it immediately. He also explained that he needs to come back in 2 weeks to reapply another fungus control application (free of charge) to make sure it's gone. I'm very happy with Jose R. and the work that he does. He's very professional. I would like to have Jose R. continue with my service in the spring. I don't want anyone else.

Most Workers are not supervised and are irresponsible. They spend more time on their phones than working. My lawn looked awful all year this year and the past year. This was supposed to be a better year and was not. This free service was due to the worker who was supposed to seed and didnt in September. The worker today was good as I watched him.

My lawn has never looked better! Kemar Orr is truly an asset to TruGreen. Not only was he professional and knowledgeable, but took the time to explain the process and treated my property effectively and efficiently. I highly recommend requesting Kemar specifically.

I originally gave this more stars but had a bate and switch in pricing. I thought my season was paid for and believed the pricing was just under $300 only to realize I had already paid over $400 and they were looking for more. My bad for not watching my payments. The original salesman had me for $260 something and now the price doubled. Won't be using them again.

I’m so happy with my decision to hire true green for tree and shrub disease control. This is my second year with them and I truly feel like my shrubs look healthier and I don’t have to worry about disease. I especially love my technician Bladimir Polanco. He does such a wonderful job treating my property as if it were his own. I know I’m in great hands. I even called the company and requested that Bladimir treat my property at anll times. And he’s just such a pleasure to work with. Thanks again.

Stay away from Truegreen. Worse service ever. They destroyed, killed my lawn by overspraying, and still full of weeds. Their technicians are not properly trained. Save yourself money, headaches and hire another company. My lawn was never this bad.

Stay away if you want your lawn to live. I have had TruGreen for 10 years. And the last 4 they have gone downhill in quality each year. My lawn is 50% weeds, and when they overseed, they sprayed grass seeds in all of my mulch beds, flower beds, stone work, pavers, etc. It took days to pull all the grass from where they spread it. And this was the 3rd time they did that. Terrible customer service, horrible work ethic for those who do the actual work. I fired them last year, and it will take at least 2 years to get my lawn back to where I had it myself 10 years ago. I have irrigation, mow regularly, and do everything right. TruGreen is just another example in corporate America where "mediocrity is the goal".

I have been using TruGreen for years and it's a very professional company I would recommend it to others looking for lawn care.

Mike Canzoneri was my technician and I have to admit, so far since having the service provided, Mike seemed to be the most experienced tech I have had. I would rate him a 10, just because he went the extra mile for my lawn and I. He also took the time to walk me through all the problem areas my lawn has been experiencing. His recommendations are exactly what my lawn has needed and it has never looked better, even with all my turf care experience I learned through Rutgers. I wish all the techs that I had encountered had the knowledge Mike has.

Vladimir Polanco was the technician and he did a great job with the treatment for mosquitoes. He took his time to spray behind the bushes as well as other areas of cancer. 5 stars for his customer service. Will update the review to see how effective Trugreen product is.

It was the first visit by Kemar and things were fantastic. Weeds are already starting to die. 👍 UPDATE 2025 quality of service dropped to zero. Quit service got refunded

I’ve been very happy with my TruGreen tree and shrub plan. My trees have never looked better! After the fertilization in the spring, we see so much new growth! Thanks Bladimir for helping to keep our landscaping looking great and healthy!

Stop spraying POISON on your lawns..i used to be conditioned with the mindset of having a green lawn with nothing else on it. No native flowers or anything like that.
