Tru green spots a great service for both lawn care and pest control. Bladimir was a gentleman, who gave thorough care and acted with professionalism. We are very satisfied with the service we received and expect to be customers for many years.

The most incompetent people! They messed up all my lawn and I had to hire other contractor to fix it. I’m regretting every single day choosing them to take care of my lawn. Very unprofessional, no communication whatsoever. And then you have 2 or 3 different people calling about the same thing for like a week, something they offered to make up for all the mistakes then trying to charge me for the service. Unbelievable, just very frustrating.

They use the best products and spread the chemicals evenly and always on time and great workers

What you see on website is not what you see on your lawn. Don't be fooled. They knock on your door for fertilization service and you asked for the quote and invoice comes almost 1.5 times or double. We pay lots of money round the year and result is not good.

Wonderful, helpful service! My trees and shrubs were on their "last legs" until my service techs took over last year.

I love how my grass is looking, people walk by and are asking what am I doing to make my lawn look so healthy and green. I them it’s TruGreen not me. Tyler came today 5-2-25, we had a nice conversation and I’m very pleased with the results.

Been having weeds all year round. Been complaining with no response. Last service they didn't even show up. Tech spents more time talking to neighbor then applying chemical. Would not recommend trugreen out of Wayne, NJ

Very friendly staff. Called them, they explained all process, 2 days later a person was at my door . Professional, polite, friendly … super recomended. Today was my first treatment. Hopefully my grass will improve

I've used TruGreen at my previous house, and just started at my current house. I'm very happy with the service, and I don't have to store the different fertilizers or the spreader. Less stuff to tripover in my shed, it's worth the $$$$.

I am a loyal true green customer and I hooked up my friends with their services. Now instead of appreciating they increased my charges and didn’t increase people who I referred. Also, they gave me baseless responses every time I call with different quotes. Worst customer service. Spoke to most of the reps they don’t know anything about lawn care they just try to meet their numbers

TruGreen has done a phenomenal job since taking over our lawn care! The lawn looks like a thick green carpet, there are no weeds anymore! Our lawn care specialist Juan is so friendly and knowledgeabl He remembers exactly where the property lines are, where to treat, where not to treat, he takes Extra Care to protect our delicate shrubs and plants! TruGreen and Juan are the absolute best!

Service is good when they get to the location however; scheduling is awful I believe it takes 3 -7 days from initial contact (respray). As I tried to schedule for at least the first time giving several days availability and getting confirmation that they would be at my home at a certain day I would be there the specialist and email reminder came on a day I was not available. I have made that point that wanted to be on site the first spray to the scheduling department over 3 sperate operators and it still was not scheduled on that day. So if you want to be there when they spray to observe and to be sure all areas are properly covered good luck with that.

The Trugreen service technicians were very helpful in analyzing the lawn issues and were able to resolve them with there applications.

i hired them to aerate and seed my front and back yard. When they came they aerated my front yard but also aerated my neighbors front yard with out their permission but never threw seed. During this same visit they never aerated my back yard. I called they said they would send someone out to do back yard. when they came the second time the tech informed me he couldnt go in back because his machine was to big which he said he had told them first time he was here. While he was here he called his boss who told him he could not fix my neighbors yard that the neighbor had to call and tell them to come out and fix it. My neighbor is a 90 yr old stoke patient who has a live in aid not sure how they wanted him to call to explain how they ruined his yard when this poor man cant even take care of himself. at this second visit i was informed they would send a tech out with a smaller aerator well today they were suppose to be here to do back i got a text from them saying service was completed when i got home from work i could clearly tell the gate had never been moved to be opened and when i went into my back yard yet again the third time no aeration and seeding was done. i dont understand the work ethic of this company and unfortunately i prepaid for my service. called ;yet again and left complain and someone is suppose to call me but i am still waiting from the call i was suppose to receive over a week ago i now plan on driving to their office and demanding a refund i want to cancel all service with them because clearly they are a shady company who lies about services being completed and could care less about their customers does this look like a yard that was aerated the soil is compacted and clearly not aerated

TruGreen specialist came today and treated my lawn perfectly! He made sure to properly apply the application in all areas of my lawn with precision and care! Thank You !
