You really don’t even deserve one star. If you don’t call the customer back or respond to any attempt to handle the service call, why are you even in business? Awful service! Terribly unprofessional Mr Bass.

Mr. Bass was quick to return my call and set an appointment. He replaced a pressure tank for us without a problem. Very nice man, and I would recommend him to anyone.

If I could leave a 0 star I would for this company, extremely unprofessional and never returned any of my calls for a situation that was very urgent. They were used by my home warranty and didn't work properly with them to get the work done in a timely manner or in a professional way. Stay clear.

Ricky responded promptly and arrived faster than expected. Very professional, explained in detail the issue found and the fix needed. Highly recommended.

Contacted this company over a month ago for an estimate on a service. I was told during the first call that someone could come out that week. I never heard back that week, but the next week I received another call saying they were busy and again set another date to come. Once again never heard anything nor did anybody show up. 2 weeks later I got another call and it was the same thing. I completely understand that they are probably busy but its poor customer service to keep setting appointments and never show up. I had really high hopes for this company because of the other good reviews. At this time I will be seeking service elsewhere.

Had a bad leak in my water line outside, to the point we decided to turn off the water. They were at the house less than an hour later and we had water again!

Good response and acceptable work. Don’t proceed without a written estimate. Final cost was almost double what the verbal estimate was. Won’t use them again.
