I had something unfortunate occur to my home. It left me feeling uncomfortable and with a lack of peace. Servco stepped in under the direction of Kate and not only restored my home but my piece as well. Everything was done at the highest level of professionalism. I am so pleased and grateful for Servco. I can’t begin to tell you about how pleased and grateful I am to all the repair people at Servco who restored my home after all the water (snow) damage suffered with the February ice/snow/cold storm. I called Servco on a Sunday evening (after over a foot of snow had fallen the previous day) never expecting a response until the next day. Marvin answered the call, listened to my panic story of water dripping out of my ceiling and vent and came over within 30 minutes. The temps were below freezing with at least 4 inches of solid ice and over a foot of snow on the ground! For that alone I was so grateful! Marvin spent time assessing the damage, crawling up in my attic to find the source of the water dripping and proceeded to pull up my wet carpet/padding and advising me as to what to expect. He told me that he/his repair people would be out the next morning. The assurance that it would be repaired as soon as possible was more than a relief (with awful weather and over a foot of snow everywhere!!). Marvin assured me that he would contact everyone needed and work with my insurance to help with the navigation of that, also. I could go on and on about how how helpful everyone was in what was quite a traumatic situation for me. My master bedroom and bath were not able to be used for over 3 weeks! I can’t say enough great things about how Marvin handled the whole situation with assessment and follow up on every part of the repair and the payment/insurance. He always answered or returned my calls promptly. He reassured me that his workers were not only skilled but “trustworthy” also. I saw that in all the people who worked on the repair…..very pleased with ALL of them and their work/repairs. Erik was great with the cutting out of the walls/ceiling and all that repair. Julio was very particular and careful with his painting. Dave was great with repair/trim/items delivered. Will was great with trim repair and insulation. Uncle was wonderful with the cleaning! Andrew was great with the carpet cleaning. I hope I didn’t leave out anyone?? I really was very pleased and impressed by the all the people/parts that came together in a very organized manner! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company to anyone for disaster repair of any sort. I was so stressed with all the damage and was really pleased with everything that was done to restore it back to it’s original form. My questions/phone calls/requests were always replied to in a pleasant and efficient manner. They were always on time or called to let me know if times had changed, also (much appreciated). I really can’t express my gratitude enough to everyone and especially to Marvin for following up with “everything”….from the dirty and messy work to the financial opinions (even meeting with the insurance assessor to make sure he saw all the damage!). I know this is a long review but I can’t thank Servco enough for all they did to restore my home back to normal. I would highly recommend this company to anyone! Thank you ALL…..especially Marvin!

I had a great experience! After a storm messed up my siding, I needed help quickly, and they came through. They fixed everything fast and did an excellent job. Everything was done professionally, and you can tell they really know what they’re doing. On top of that, Marvin was very friendly and easy to work with. I really appreciate how efficient they were. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing work done!

On Christmas night this past year, we experienced a flood in our master bathroom caused by the toilet — and if the timing couldn't have been worse, we were also navigating the recent loss of a family member. It was a lot to carry heading into the new year.

Through a recommendation from our insurance company, we were connected with Servco. Within an hour, Leslie and Marvin were at our door. From the moment they arrived, the tone was set — they couldn't have been kinder or easier to talk to. They walked us through every finding, explained the extent of the water damage clearly, and moved quickly into remediation to get the area dried out. What stood out immediately was their attention to detail — everything was cleaned up thoroughly after the demo and remediation work was complete.

The insurance process, which can often feel like a headache, was surprisingly smooth. Marvin met the adjuster at the house personally to walk through the damage, and before long I had a check in hand and work was underway. We decided to take advantage of the situation and add a few upgrades while we were displaced, and Marvin helped coordinate every detail without missing a beat. Throughout the entire process, I always knew exactly where things stood — on the timeline, on the work, on next steps. That level of communication is rare and genuinely impressive.

Now, here's what makes it even more remarkable — all of this was happening during an ice storm followed by 12 inches of snow. They kept pushing forward as road conditions allowed, and they still hit the target of getting us back into our home within two days. Given nearly two weeks of brutal weather, that is nothing short of exceptional.

The quality of the work itself is top tier. The tile work in the bathroom, the refinishing of the entire hardwood floor, the paint, the carpet installation, the removal and refitting of the vanities and soaking tub — all done flawlessly. They even repaired damage to the corner of our staircase. The house is genuinely better now than it was before.

Marvin, Leslie, Will, Seth, Luis, Dave, Julio, and everyone else who touched this project — you turned an overwhelming situation into something we could actually get through. After dealing with loss and then a flood on Christmas, finding a team like this was truly a blessing.

We had a great experience working with Daved Roman at Servco. He was consistently responsive, prompt, and did an excellent job managing the many moving parts that come with a large renovation. Communication was always clear and he stayed on top of details in a way that made the process feel much more manageable.
What stood out most was his professionalism and kindness. He was always willing to help even in situations that went beyond his direct responsibilities. That level of care made a big difference for us.
