SERVCO is a great company with wonderful staff and employees providing exceptional services. Andrew and his amazing crew removed tree limbs from my two story house roof. I was quite surprised that they didn't charge me for their service. I was so touched and I can't thank them enough for their generosity and kindness.

I just used Servco for new roof and gutters from hail damage and they were amazing and so easy to work with and super nice. I had some major facia repairs that needed to he replaced and I was stressing over extra cost but they worked with me and the job was not delayed at all. I highly recommend checking them out, I promise you will not find a better place to work with. 10 out of 10 and Thank You ☺️

I really appreciate how they always made themselves available and answered all of my questions. The entire team truly did a phenomenal job.

Servco restored my downstairs after a flood. I can’t recommend them enough. David, my project manager, kept me informed and answered all my many questions throughout the process. The entire team was friendly and helpful. I am so appreciative of them and my house looks better than I could have imagined.

Marvin was on my team from water mitigation to final renovations (and mental breakdowns in between, lol), and he went above-and-beyond with the extra attention to the smallest details.

I called Servco because I had a washing machine leak that made a big mess! They came right away and got to work. They took out all the damaged parts and blew fans and dehumidifiers to dry it. Then they replaced the laundry room floor, the padding under the carpet in the hall and a bedroom, and the ceiling in my garage (the laundry room is above the garage). It was a bigger job than I had expected, and all of the guys did fantastic work. Everything looks great! Marvin Austin was fantastic to work with, always answering all of my questions and taking care of everything.

I want to thank Marvin and his team for the outstanding service and support we received during our recent restoration project. His crew was very professional and determined to make sure we were completely satisfied with the work performed. To our amazement, they managed to tear out all the flooring in our home and replaced it in 2 days! We're extremely happy with the final results.

My company manages repairs and remodels nationwide, primarily for folks with special needs. I needed someone to drop off an emergency generator before a storm for some medical equipment. A contractor my company has worked with put me in touch with Marvin at Servco, and they were amazing. Marvin stopped by a few hours after my call to see what the family needed and set up a portable generator the next day. It was very short notice, and Marvin went out of his way to make sure that the folks were taken care of. Thanks for all the help, and hopefully we can work together on a project in the future.

Servco Restoration handled all of my repairs on my insurance claim from water damage. The work they did painting, replacing my floors, repairing my cabinets, and replacing my shoe molding was fantastic. Chad Moore, the contractor was very professional and cared a lot about my satisfaction. He made sure he communicated with me about the whole process and was there every day to check on the work that was being done. When it came time for a final walk through at the end of the process, he made sure everything was done 100% to my satisfaction. I would not hesitate to use Serveco Restoration again and was very pleased with the way Chad handled and coordinated everything for me. They did a lot of quality work in a relatively short period of time!

In July 2025, we had two bathroom mirrors fall off the wall and shatter. Behind the wall was mold. It was determined that the mold was due to an oversized HVAC unit. The unit was short cycling and cutting off before it could get the humidity out of the air. No one wants to hear the words “You have a systemic mold issue” but Andrew and the team at Servco walked us through this very complex issue. We ended up having to move out of our home due to the subsequent HVAC install and mold remediation/repairs. Andrew worked closely with our HVAC installer collaborating to make sure our house was safe of contamination. Daveed and his team came in and sourced where the mold was and removed the contaminated sheetrock and insulation. In the end they came in and repaired the sheetrock and molding. Kate and her team of cleaners came in, prepped and cleaned the house for the mold remediation (think the end of the movie ET with the inside of house being encapsulated with heavy plastic). Air Scrubbing machines were brought in to pull all the contaminates out of the house. The whole process was done very thoroughly and with careful preparation. Andrew coordinated the mold testing with a third party environmental company which eased a lot off our minds. Marvin, the project manager, kept me informed and updated on the progress. He coordinated the contractors for mirror replacement, cabinets, and attic fans. The whole team was great to work with and very sensitive to how stressful the situation was to us. No one wants to HAVE to call a restoration company but if you have to, it is great to know you can have honest, professional and thorough work done. It really eases your mind to know that your home is being cared for by a company that truly cares about your home and your safety. Thank you, Servco team! 5 stars are not enough.

I bought a two bedroom one bath rental property that was owned by the same person and occupied by the same tenant for the last 30+ years. It had been neglected to a large degree. I hired ServeCo to do a two bedroom one bath addition and to renovate and restore the original structure. They did an amazing job!! The house now looks brand new and is in many ways much better than new. Thanks Andrew for a job well done! I can highly recommend ServeCo for any construction or restoration project.

I had a leak under my cabinet, which was not found until it spread in front of my sink into my kitchen. By that time, it was a total mess. I contacted my insurance and they asked did I have anybody in mind to come and look at the damage and I did not so they sent someone from Servco out. Kate was the first to enter my home. She was very helpful with the Mitigation process. This process is getting the flooded areas cleaned up and dried in which my case they had to remove part of my cabinet. She answered all my messages and kept me in the loop at all times what to expect. After the mitigation process comes the reconstruction. Marvin was in charge of the reconstruction of the flooring and cabinet. He verbalized the process well and got it started so that it would be done before the holiday. He also helped me manage my out of pocket expenses well due to the insurance not paying for all of it. Santos and his guys did the work on the floors in which they were very courteous and thoughtful as I work from home and had no issues at all. They were able to move all the furniture carefully as they went so we didn’t have to take it out of the home. This company is definitely deserves a 5 Star rating!!!

We cannot say enough great things about our experience with Servco. After water damage due to a busted water line, Marvin came in and put our home back better than before. He was in constant communication the entire time and addressed each need, change or concern we had as repairs were made. We were so impressed we even asked they build some built in shelving in our living room once repairs were completed. The time and attention to detail they showed was impeccable.
You cannot go wrong with Marvin and his team. The before and after pics say it all. We will be using them for any future renovations or contract needs.
