I had an emergency at a rental of mine. The shower/tub was leaking, creating a mess in the kitchen below. Ray with Pro Fix came out the NEXT day and found and repaired 3 separate leaks in no time! They will be my Go-To repair guys from now on!!

Ray replaced subflooring in bathroom, price was as estimated . No surprises, done same day as promised. 5 star company all the way ..would highly recommend..he will be my go to guy for any future needs in this area ..👍👍👍👍👍

Pay this guy with a credit card or personal check. I paid him cash. He wouldn't give me a receipt. He came an did half of a repair in July 2024. Called him multiple time to have him finish the repair that I already paid him for. Now he won't even answer his phone when I call. Said he'd be out Tuesday October 29, 2024 never showed up never called. Tried calling 3 times to see if he was delay or what. Called 3 more times on Wednesday 30th He was recommend by another guy who fixed our well pump. I told the guy at that recommend him to stop recommending people like him. He doesn't complete the job, avoids phone calls, won't give you a receipt. I did call the BBB and filed a complaint on the 30th concerning the matter. Beware the bad reviews are obviously deleted by him to try and make himself look good. I DO NOT THROW AWAY RECEIPTS I IMMEDIATELY FOLE THEM IN THE HOME UP KEEP FILE. FURTHERMORE YOU SHOULD DECLINE WORK THAT IS SO FROM AWAY FROM YOU. WE DIDN'T ASK FOR ANY PRICE CUT. HE EVEN ASKED YOU WHEN YOU WAS HERE IF THE 1ST TIME IF HE NEEDED TO PAY YOU TO COME BACK TO FINISH IT WHEN IT DRIED OUT YOU SAID NO. LEARN TO CHARGE FOR MILEAGE OUTSIDE YOUR REGULAR AREA. ALSO IF YOU HAVE TO COME BACK ADJUST PRICE ACCORDING BEFORE YOUR PAID. WE JUST EXPECT PEOPLE TO BE CLEAR, HONEST, AND UP FRONT. RETURN CALLS, SAY IF THERE WILL BE EXTRA CHARGES LATER. WE DID CALL SOMEONE THEY CAME OUT YESTERDAY FINISH IT AND PAID THEM TO.

After some awful experiences with fly by night handymen, we were so lucky to find Ray and Pro Fix. He does things right and tries his best to do it for the best price. I feel much better knowing he's available if we need him!

Ray and his team have been nothing but professional, honest and hard working. They definitely believe in showing you what the issue is and then explain the solution to fix it. Ray and the crew reshingled our mobile home roof. He used very high quality shingles, and did an expert job. Everything was cleaned up after the job was done. This was our 4th major repair he has done for us, everything turned out great, have no complaints.

It's unbelievably hard to find good help at times. These guys came out and had a look at my problem, and were very polite. Did great work and priced it fair. I called a couple other bigger companies first, glad I came across Pro Fix in the end.

Ray and his crew did a great job making a few updates to a mobile home. He was very knowledgeable about MH’s and explained things well. They worked quickly, installing a shower and shower/tub combo, a toilet and new flooring in two bathrooms that desperately needed it.
