Today Ray installed a new water tank in my modular home and had also to replace the installation damaged by the leaking of the old water tank underneath that protects the pipes from freezing, etc. I would highly recommend Ray/Pro Fix to anyone...his work is done to perfection, is kind to answer all your concerns, questions. All clean up, etc is done as well.
I have had other work done by Ray in my home in the past and would have no one else do the repairs that I need done.

I am completely satisfied with all the work Ray and his team have completed for me. My home needed extensive repairs after I purchased it: replacement of rotten floors, installation of a new bathroom, storage room and foundation repairs. His work was done in a timely manner and many details were taken care of. I would highly recommend Ray Corns to identify and complete any projections you may have on your modular home.

I have had Pro Fix do a few things around my home install a gas line for a new stove, fix a leak in my roof and now replace my hot water tank. I found the ProFix team (Ray and his men) to be a fabulous find for those of us that need repairs done on our modular homes. I’d had difficulty finding contractors to assist in repairing and putting my home back together after some water damage due to a leaking hot water tank. Ray knew what needed to be done to put the home back together the way it is supposed to be. He reinstalled insulation under the home, fixed the bladder, installed a new hot water tank, and even helped me remodel the bath/utility rooms that had been torn apart by the previous contractor. I appreciated his honesty, expertise and the speed with which he was able to complete the project. I now have a beautiful upscale bath thanks to Ray and his team. Thank You Ray!

Ray has doing homework repairs at my place since he first set up shot in the 90’s . Always honest, fair and hard working, you can count on him. His work is top notch and I know he will be here when I need him. I wouldn’t trust my home repairs to any one else. Don’t hesitate to use him. On top of everything else, he a really nice guy too!

I have used ProFix twice now. Ray Corns and his crew have been an absolute pleasure to work with! Owning a double wide modular home on a crawlspace and trying to find someone who is knowledgeable on all aspects of repair was a challenge in itself. Having used other contractors with terrible results, Ray and his team stepped in and corrected the problem both times! Well I won’t make the mistake again on hiring anyone other than ProFix. When I first contacted them, Ray was quick to get me scheduled and was very professional. They arrived on time each time, diagnosed the problem, walked me step by step through the entire process explaining exactly what needed to be done.
My latest problem I had was my washing machine was backing up into my laundry room sink, overflowing and flooding my laundry room and storage room resulting in the insulation under the house becoming saturated the vapor barrier retaining water. Ray got me scheduled and spent the entire day under the house, fixing the plumbing and even showing and explaining the pieces he was replacing and why. He has even taken the extra step as to take video under the house so I could see exactly what he was doing! The problem was fixed, the clean up was great and the price was fair considering the environment these guys work in sometimes. If you need a professional team who are experts in all areas of repair, you’d be foolish to call anyone else! I highly recommend ProFix!

Ray is a natural when it comes to problem solving. We ran into QUITE a FEW obstacles. He was installing a bathroom vanity into my manufactured home, not a standard install🤪. Ray never lost patience and was easy to work with. Very professional. Took longer than expected and had to charge more due to unforeseen circumstances, but I am very happy with the out come! When we called this company to get an estimate on plumbing work on our trailer, the owner was very abrupt on the phone. When he and someone else came out to our place to do the estimate he was very unfriendly, rude, and disrespectful. He decided not to do the job, which we respect. But the attitude he showed was very unprofessional and quite frankly insulting. When we looked at the rating for his company, it seemed very good. But we would never, ever do business with someone like this. It’s hard to believe that what was said about this company is true given the attitude he showed. There’s just simply no excuse for this kind of unfriendly attitude. We would never recommend him to anyone.

Ray (owner) and his team are very professional, timely and fair. We hired ProFix to fix a hole in our floor caused by seepage from an improperly installed sliding glass door. Ray was very polite and transparent throughout the entire process from quote through completion. Ray’s team was great, and Ray was on-site with his team the entire time to ensure the job got done right! Very rare this day and age. His team also applied heat tape to the pipes and repaired some insulation under our home. I would highly recommend and rehire Ray/ProFix!

Ray completed 2 bathroom remodels for me and the tile work is just perfect. I can't stop admiring the finished results. The job was done as promised/contracted. Lights, cabinet, fixtures, counter top etc. were all professionally installed. I especially appreciated the clean up everyday. No on- site debris. I would recommend Profix without any reservations.

I trust him with my home and know that no matter what goes wrong, he'll be my first call. He's well-known and respected in our neighborhood and he'll take good care of you. Having someone in your home to do repairs can cause anxiety, but not with him. I trust that he'll take care of what's wrong with kindness, respect, and skill proficiency at a fair price.

Ray and his crew fixed my rotten floor, a bad water leak, my tub and shower, installed new insulation, and did more than expected! They are trustworthy and did my repair on a timely basis! I can use my tub and shower again! I will be using ProFix for any and all repairs needed in my mobile home in the future. They did an excellent job! So very thankful to have found them! Ray came to fix a leaky toilet only to find out my whole basement pipe system was on the verge of catastrophe. Over the next month (while I decided on material) Ray offered advice on which flooring to choose as well as being extremely flexible with his scheduling.

When he was preforming the installation and repair he and the other gentleman with him were professional. I appreciated that they wore masks as I have elderly family members I’m trying to stay healthy for. They completed the work in a timely manner and the result was wonderful. Truly appreciate the work he did for me. It really felt like he cared about doing quality work for us. Thank you Ray!

We had several estimates from other companies about doing a complete remodel of the master bathroom, including rearrangement of the original footprint (moving the new sink and shower to the other side of the room). Most of them just named an outrageous price without any explanation. What I liked about Ray during the consultation, besides being professional and courteous, was that he was willing to share honest opinions and suggestions based on his many years of experience. Our house is older (1945), and he took the time to educate us on the several obstacles they needed to overcome in order to rearrange the electrical and plumbing systems. He explained, in detail, everything that would occur from the demolition stage, all the way to the final touch-ups. He came up with a plan that gave us the bathroom we wanted, and was able to stay within our budget! The Pro-Fix crew, alongside Ray, were Michael, Jeff, and Logan. They were very respectful, professional, and friendly throughout the construction process, and always on time. The end result is that we love our new bathroom, and I couldn’t be happier with choosing Pro-Fix to complete this project!

Profix came to give me an estimate. They were very knowledgeable.They did the insulation etc under the home the same day. They cleaned up everything.Great job ! I Will be using them again.

Ray and crew were prompt, courteous, professional and friendly on a small heat tape replacement project. So, we talked about upgrading our shower to be ADA compliant, a project which turned out so well that we asked him to replace our garden tub with a walk-in jetted tub which turned out beautifully also.
