Waiting to hear back from a supervisor after the tech claimed to come but did not, because we were home and have cameras. Then when he did come he turfed up my yard. Very disappointed and hoping they rectify this situation.

*EDIT: after posting this and they respond to email them so they can help resolve the situation, a week later and still no response.

The specialist did an excellent job, thoroughly spraying every area requested. I gave four stars because I'm not sure how effective lawn treatment is when it's raining. I would have preferred a dry day.

The technicians are timely and courteous. I’m notified of when the technician is on way and time, and he arrives and does job in timely manner. The mosquito service was very effective last year and was just completed this year. It made the difference when outside. I highly recommend TruGreen for your lawn care needs.

Matthew Keto is the best tech that has ever been to my property for my lawn care. He was extremely polite and very conscientious about what he was doing. You can tell he takes his job very seriously, and I really appreciate that level of service !!!

Marcus did an excellent and thorough job on our lawn this week. He was very meticulous in his work on our yard.

Very dissatisfied with TruGreen. First call recieved quote for two services but asked for a couple days to consider. Another person called back and when I requested one of the services was given a higher quote with more frequent services. The first conversation was no charge to my credit card until services performed. A charge for all the services was put on my card immediately! No email verification came. Three days later a text came that service would be provided next day but surprise! No one showed up! After the holiday weekend called multiple times, finally Landon answered and was cancelling the contract but asked why. During the explanation he hung up. Not a company anyone should do business with.

Don't waste your money. Pay to have your lawn killed...lmao 2 So called airiation and seedings later still crap. Looked better before they came.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. We have had this company for quite some time and every time they come out, they don’t spray properly. They take 30 seconds on the front lawn, don’t even go in the back lawn, leave the bill at the door and leave. Today I saw on the ring camera they came for 2.5 minutes and left. When you call the company to cancel they don’t let you mid season . It’s terrible service, terrible company. Don’t choose this group.

Deandre was very professional. He went over the chemicals and how I need to upkeep my yard and have suggestions. Very knowledgeable. This young man gave good customer service. I love my TruGreen.

They ruined my perfect lawn in 2 months. They refuse to fix it but continue to ask if they can continue to care for it. Very poor lawn service.

Justice was great! I had a lot of questions and he answered or tried to answer them as best as possible...I had a few good one. I also showed him things that I am unhappy with and he told me what he was going to do and what may have to wait until the next week n feed as we are in the weed control time?!?! He did reiterate that if I wasn't happy to call in and they would come back out which is fine but I wish I didn't have too! Anyway Justice was great and I would love for him to come back and take care of my lawn because of the time he took to make me feel a little better about this process. Justice was great but the results still far from acceptable! We will see.

They ruined my yard ,I asked for a manager to call me back still haven't spoke to one.. They sent a Girl that has only been on the job for 6 weeks. I have spoke to at least 7 different people and they keep telling me that a manager will call in 24 to 48 hrs that still hasn't happened . Very frustrated!!!

Update: After posting a bad review I was contacted by corporate office. Nicole Baisden was super helpful. As of yesterday they did have a technician come to seed and aerate my entire yard.

I have been using TruGreen for over 2 years now. I finally had enough of the empty charges and return visits that resulted in a poor looking lawn with tons of weeds and creeping vine. I canceled their services last week and they seemed not to care. The gentleman that took my call did not even inquire of the reason(s) why.
My neighbors who use other lawn care services have nice green yards that are weed free. The neighbors who maintain their own yards look just as good as mine if not better. Anyways think twice before agreeing to Trugreens services, they don't care about any green other than that which comes from your wallet. Their service is terrible and their end results are less than desirable based on what they charge. Beware TruGreen are the JV in the weed control business, don't believe the advertising.

Very expensive for the super small area sprayed. The gentleman that cam out was very nice but only had to pull hose about 4ft off the truck and pulled spray trigger 4 times total which cost $54. It was about 90° when the treatment was applied and now I have massive burns every where the chemicals touched as well as baby grass that has just sprouted dead to the seed. I am beyond disappointed with this.

Notified ahead of service day, worker came to the door 1st, very polite, efficient service, so far looks like excellent results.

I now have a local manager telling corporate, they have reached out and left me a voice mail which is a flat out LIE also here are some updated photos of the burns left on my lawn from their products. You can clearly see the brand new GRASS not weeds that were burned.
The lawn I have worked so hard on for the past 3 years now looks like garbage 🗑 and it's beyond frustrating to know I PAID someone to do this to it 🤮

Don’t ever do business with Truegreen
They take your money upfront
They don’t show up for service
When you cancel the service 10 days later, they still have not refunded your credit card because they claim it’s gotta go through a process
Meanwhile, they’re collecting interest of the customers money
I would leave them zero stars if I could

Our plant guy is amazing!!! He takes such great care of our trees and shrubs....he's absolutely amazing!!!

I appreciate TruGreen for the dedication on my lawn L do see the great results from all the treatments. I also want to Thank the specialists that come and do it. Their truly very sweet . Answering questions. When asked. God Bless The Tru Green associates

Tru green doesnt deserve even a 1 star. They told me I would receive grub treatment yet they didn’t do it and ive complained several times and never heard anything from anyone who would do anything about it other then escalate if to a local manager who has never called me back. Poor customer service.
