We had an amazing experience working with Capital City Construction! Eddy and Jose were fantastic throughout the entire process. After having extensive work done in our finished basement, they were able to work seamlessly with us to bring our vision to life. Our new bathroom looks incredible, and the tile shower is a showstopper! They also removed the old drop ceiling (which helped make an already small bathroom look bigger) and took care of several other finishing touches that were needed. The quality of the work is top-notch, and Eddy and Jose were always professional, respectful, and extremely helpful. Eddy and his team were excellent. After several estimates, Eddy was reasonable and told us everything up front unlike the last contractor we hired and started adding more cost each day. We gave them access to our house while we were out of country anf they were completely professional and nothing was missing or weird. Job was finished in a timely matter and everything looks great and we are completely satisfied. We will use Eddy in the future for other possible projects. Communication was excellent throughout the project and Eddy is very reasonable about possible issues that may come up. Nice work guys!

Storm damage during winter storm, siding blown off home. This contractor was recommended by Nationwide Insurance. Company contacted me & a representative (estimator) met me at the residence on the same day. Concerns about holes in outside wall where addressed & was told that due to weather (heavy snowfall) they would await better weather to cover these holes. Needless to say better weather came & went with no coverage of holes & water came into the walls, damaging inside walls & ceilings. Insurance company & contractors notified & was assured worker would come & cover openings. This was done that evening with tyvack material. Met with estimator again for water damage he advised they would start repairs soon. Needless to say three days later it began to rain & the water is coming into the residence through the walls behind the tyvack material as it wasn't put under the existing siding or taped to not allow this to accure. More damage & future mold problems. These concerns where addressed on 1/27/14 when the damage occurred again on 3/12/14 when water first entered the residence. again on 3/26/14 when the estimator looked at the damage inside the residence. Now on 3/29/14 I'm still dealing with the same problem. The insurance company has approved all repairs & deductible has been paid.

got rear ended by one of their drivers (he floored it into the back of my car at a stop light after coming to a complete stop for at least a minute - definitely seemed like he was on something) and it took over two months and 15+ phone calls to get the insurance check, which didn’t even cover half the amount of the damage…

We bought a flashlight I left it sit on the table outside behind the workers. we walked out to the pier. Realize we had left it sit there went back a couple minutes later and it was gone. realize it was only a $15 flashlight but we thought people around here was better than that.

Whoever was driving your company truck through Fairfield county into Hocking County on 33 today 6/17/2020 is a terrible driver! Speeding, more than 80 in a 70mph zone, tailgating and just rude. Might want to remind your employees that they're driving with YOUR company name on the side of the truck.

The crew that worked on Waggoner Rd to the residents are very kind , sweet, polite, very respectful. I'm 75 I was out in the front of my yard with a hot trying to fix big ruts ant piles of dirt also rocks AT&T LEFT IN MY YARD a young man from your crew saw me and said " MAM DONT DO THAT ILL BRING ( WHAT EVER HE CALLED IT LOL) OVER AN FIX THAT FOR YOU" HE DID AN TOOK MAYBE 5 MIN WHAT WOULD HAVE TAKEN ME A FEW HOURS IN THE SUN. GOD BLESS HIM, THATS JUST AN EXAMPLE OF HOW KIND THEY ARE. GIVE THEM A NICE CHRISTMAS BONUS!!! THEY ARE MAKING URE COMPANY "RESPECTED" . Un like the pigs on the cement crew that left TRASH EVERYWHERE THEY WENT... Thank you for having such nice guys on your team everyone of them.. In this time the world NEEDS MORE KINDNESS !!!! ....
