They are good at letting you know prior to scheduled service, and it's easy to add a new service online. Their service technician is willing to speak with you while they are on site, or afterward if you have questions.

We have been customers of Turf Ohio for quite some time now. Our yard has never looked better. We are more than happy with the services they provide.

Signed up with the company in spring. Seemed knowledgable and interested in helping with my lawn issues.That all changed once the season started. No longer personal service and very tough to get a call back if at all-still waiting since a week and a half ago talking to owner about fall seeding-now too late. So I emailed to cancel service and have a cancelation number sent to me-surprise no response. Save yourself the frustration and wasted lawn season and look elsewhere.

They are Consistent over the years. We have used others in the past and the quality would drop off, but not with Turf OHIO. When I do see them they are great at explaining things and listening to my questions. Great service!

I used them for 2 years and they let my lawn get taken over by crab grass. We called several times and they did nothing. Very rude when I canceled my service this year and said they are aware and they will fix it this year, even though Ohio Turf let it get out of control.

TurfOhio does a great job. We noticed a tremendous improvement in our lawn since we started their services. We will continue to use. We have 2 neighbors who started using their services after they saw our lawn!
