Joshua Rogers was the inspector that assisted me and I can’t say enough about how informative and thorough he was. He took his time and explained everything to me in a way that I could follow without any confusion. The time spent was of great quality. He clearly provided all options available and explored all avenues and we were able to seal the deal in that one visit. Above and beyond in my opinion, he secured the portion of the damaged roof that was exposed to help avoid additional issues until the work could be completed. Kyle, Ethan, Billy and the Klaus family went above and beyond to make sure that not only was it completed, that it was done above and beyond our expectations. Kyle walked us through the process, took the time to get on our Cape Cod/Tudor roof (if you know, you know how steep they are) and found issues, that the other companies we had gotten estimates from, just took 5 minutes and took everything from "satellite photos" and "drone shots" without even giving us a thorough inspection. Kyle did a thorough inspection and we knew everything up front. Ethan (the day of) walked us through the process, shared any additional findings in real time, and our home was completed in a day. The team was very cordial and Billy, Ricky, (and the team) did an outstanding job of making sure the house was not only the way they found it (it was just freshly painted) but it was beyond our expectations. Josh was great at educating us on the condition of our roof. He took in consideration every aspect of our home to ensure nothing was missed. Josh came out to inspect the portion of our roof that was leaking and also just the entire roof as a whole. He gave a great overview of the status of our roof and was very helpful in showing where a couple problem areas might be in the future even though they weren't today. We attended a local home show with hopes of finding a good roofer. We spoke to Josh Rogers with Klaus Roofing Systems and were very impressed. This started with a leak in our kitchen ceiling. I called Klaus Roofing and they sent Kyle to look at the roof. He told us we were in need of a full shingle replacement and he would work with our insurance company to get it done through our homeowners. Thankfully, they said yes. Kyle did all the calling and leg work to get the install scheduled. The company arrived on time and after removing the shingles found some areas of concern. After consulting with me, they contacted my insurance to verify if this repair would also be covered. Again, it was. Everyone at Klaus was very professional and respectful of my property. You would never had known they were there, except for my beautiful new roof. This was a wonderful experience. A+

We originally met back in November, but could not commit to a roof purchase at the time. He followed up, and once we were able, he came back out without question. Just an all-around trustworthy employee.

Klaus roofing did a great job on my new roof. I was extremely impressed with their level of detail in the bid and helped me understand what I was may be not getting from other roofers who came in with lower bids. The quality of the install and product they use is what sets them apart. I know that with their warranty that I am covered well into the future and labor is included in their warranty unlike others. Additionally, the warranty is transferrable unlike many in the industry. The install team was punctual and had great communication with me throughout the install and did a great job cleaning up each day and when completed. I would highly recommend Klaus to anyone looking for a professional and quality roof installed at their home.

We had the Rain Drop gutter covers put on. It took less than two hours. Mike was friendly and answered any questions I had. If we have any more work, in the future, that they can provide we would feel comfortable using them again.

I am amending this review: the porch roof, railing, rubber roof over the bathroom, a strip of facia, and ridge cap on the roof are finished. Ethan, Ricky and the crew did a FANTASTIC job. I don't think I could be any happier. The porch looks awesome. The railing is outstanding. I could not ask for the crews to have been any nicer or more professional. Brian Grant and his crew did the railing. Brian ensured everything was up to code and that we were happy with the finished product.

WOW!! They did a fantastic job all the way through. Even took magnets around my house to find nails that may have missed their tarps they put up to protect my house. And the warranty is like no one else’s, Transferable!

My experience with Josh Rogers from Klaus could not have been better. He was prompt and professional, did a thorough job inspecting my roof and attic, took numerous pictures showing all the problems I wasn’t even aware of which I appreciated knowing of. He explained everything thoroughly and answered all my questions and concerns. He’s a good listener and I did not feel pressured at any time.

We had Klaus Roofing out to the house to do a small job for us. They replaced our old solid soffit with vented soffit so our attic can vent properly. Communication was great all throughout the process. The guys showed up on time to the job. The project was completed in a timely manner. And the project manager, Ethan, was there throughout the day, making sure everything went well and to make sure it was completed to our satisfaction.
