Great experience so far! Josh Rogers came out and was very friendly and professional. He took his time to explain anything I wanted to know and made sure that I understood everything going on with my roof and the siding that had blown off our house. He’s super dependable, and we’re looking forward to counting on Klaus for a great job on our roof! I will come back and update review after the job is done. But I have no doubts that they are going to be a great company.

I am an employee of Klaus Roofing Systems of Cincinnati and I am proud to say that I had my roof replaced by them yesterday. During the spring I found out that the decking in my attic had come away from the rest of the roof. I thought that it was due to high winds. After noticing my issue with the decking I noticed that I was starting to have other issues with my roofing as well. My shingles were lifting and there was bowing on my roof in other areas. I asked my coworkers to come out and take a look at the roof to see how much it would cost to replace it.
During my roof inspection they found that there was an area that was leaking that I hadn't even noticed at the other end of my attic. It turns out that all of the issues I was having with my roof was due to faulty workmanship. Jeff temporarily repaired my leaky roof until the crew could come out and replace the whole thing. They gave me a fair price and worked around mine and my husband's schedule.
I was told the crew would arrive between 7:30-8 am. They arrived just after 7:30. They wasted no time and got right to work. They removed several defunct satellites that the previous owners left behind and even cleaned my gutters! That was something I was expecting and it's something that they do for all customers when they're on the roof.
I'm really happy that I went with Klaus to replace my roof. I felt good knowing that I could trust everyone on the team. I really trust the workmanship and the materials used on my roof. My husband really liked the fact that if we ever move out of this house we have a 50 year transferable warranty. That's going to be a great selling point in the future.

We couldn't be more pleased with our Klaus experience! Kyle, our sales rep, was incredibly knowledgeable and responsive. We had a lot of back and forth with our insurance company and Kyle was patient through it all. This was our first time working with a roofing company so we appreciated the guidance throughout the entire process. On installation day, the crew arrived exactly when they said they would, they were all incredibly friendly, and they completed the entire roof replacement very quickly (ahead of their predicted time!). They did an excellent job with the clean up and our new roof looks great! We would highly recommend Klaus!

We selected Klaus after shopping 4 different contractors. We called them after receiving a mailer with no intention of actually hiring them. Josh came to the house, took his time through the inspection, and mentioned concerns he saw during the inspection that no one else called out. He built some decking into our quote so there were no surprises… something we couldn’t get the other 3 contractors to do. We had chimney issues and Josh was the ONLY inspector who offered a permanent solution. As far as costs go, they fell dead center of the lowest and highest quote. We still have old nails coming down in the rain but… the single best experience we’ve had in all of the home projects we’ve undertaken. Do yourself a favor and put a Klaus on your house… you’ll be happy you did.

Mike and Josh provided great customer service and evaluation during the snow storm for me to quote me on raking my roof. Even though I decided it was not what we needed at the time, I would recommend this company in the future.

Josh came over and explained the entire process in a way I could understand and answered the phone anytime I had a question. When they came to put the new roof on, I was amazed how fast they got it done. From start to finish it only took 3 hrs. Would recommend Klaus 10 out of 10.

I met with Josh Rogers yesterday and it was a great experience! Josh took lots of pictures to show me everything that was wrong with my roof. We sat down and talked about all of my different options and came up with a game plan. He talked to me and explained things like I was in kindergarten so that I would understand everything and I greatly appreciated that. The price I was quoted included not only my house, but also a detached garage and a barn. We also discussed my financial situation and we worked out a game plan that works for both myself and Klaus Roofing. I'm excited to get my new roof and gutters and to work with Klaus! Whole Roof Replacement!!

We’re thrilled with our new roof! For months we worried about leaks and potential damage during storms. Now thanks to Klaus roofing we have a peace of mind. Absolutely the best company you will ever deal with for roof & gutters. The salesman, Josh, came out and addressed my gutter solution and found items to fix on my roof to prevent water damage at a reasonable price. The installer, David, answered all my questions and had my gutters and roof fixed in less than a day. I’ve watched two storms roll through NKY and see zero issues. The gutter solution is functioning flawless. I highly recommend Klaus for any home or business.

We contracted Klaus Roofing for some roof, flashing, and gutter problems we had on our home. The pricing was considered good for what we were getting, or at least was considered a good price at time of contract signing. The crew that showed up at our property was David (Site Supervisor) and Ricky the head of the "crew". During the initial inspection we were told that a supervisor/Project Mgr. would be onsite all of the time the crew was there, and we later found out this is NOT the case. The crew to me seemed very disorganized and did things haphazardly with little to no safety in mind. We were told at the inspection that they would be picking up after each day and running a magnet for screws, nails, and sharp items. We NEVER saw that happen and there was very little effort in picking up after themselves each day! We presented a sandwich bag full of sharp items such as screws and nails to David, David told my wife he was going to issue her a gift card, but that never happened! The job was supposed to be a 2-3-day job and became somewhat of a nightmare that lasted 11 weeks. Initially they were finished on 8/13/2024, which there were many problems that not only myself recognized being in the project management business, but my wife also picked up on. There was a list of notable issues to be fixed that should have been caught during install. Most of the issues were bent or wavy metal on the facia boards and the way they terminated the metal at the ends was below standard and what I called "sloppy". Other issues included terminating soffit vinyl into an existing painted, crown molding that not only looked bad, but also presented as a future maintenance issue. Also, soffit vinyl was loose in many areas and still is. The crew came back to fix the issues and in doing so created other issues and damage to newer house siding vinyl installed. During installing the facia covering they found areas that the facia board needed to be replaced. I gave them the green light to replace the damaged facia boards, and this was a huge mistake on my end as the facia board that was replaced was found to be installed incorrectly later due to the metal NOT fitting on the facia board. They corrected most of the issues and the damage they did to our siding, but as they corrected, they made more problems with bent and dented metal on the facia boards and some of the soffits were pitched in a weird angle and didn't look right, which is why they were back on 10/22, but as they tried to fix the "weird angle" on the soffit they cut the rake board to shreds with an oscillating cutting tool (see attached pic of damage to the rake board). Also, on 10/22 we showed David a few of the areas that needed caulk, missing metal, and an area in the rear that the metal was bent (hammer blows) and the drip edge was bent up, which he admitted to placing nails in the drip edge to "hold it down". When David showed Ricky the dented facia metal, he became angry and said "f**k this" and walked away, I showed the issues to David and he told Ricky to go ahead and replace the metal, but Ricky was very apprehensive about replacing that facia metal because they had placed nails into the drip edge and bent it up and there was no way of making that right without replacing the drip edge and the facia metal! So, the final "nail in the coffin", no pun intended was from them to give us $200 off - WOW after all the time I had to take off from work at over $400 per day and the issues to deal with! We took the $200 off due to the fact we didn't want any more damage to our home and to end this escapade!
I would not do business with Klaus again and the reason I gave 2 stars as some things were done correclty - gutters were installed correclty and all the roof and flashing work was done well, but due to the problems encountered with the facia metal and soffit I would not use them again!

We had an excellent experience with Kyle from Klaus Roofing Company. We had some dripping problem from the Soffit of our house. We called the Klaus Roofing to inspect/repair it. Kyle came and looked at it and told immediately that the leak is from the gutter joint and it can be easily fixed using some sealant which any handyman can do it.
Kyle was polite, knowledgeable and answered all our questions and told he will some information about the sealant. Overall such a nice experience. Thanks Kyle

I needed a new roof and got quotes from 3 different companies and Joshua Rogers with Klaus was easily the best roofing company to choose from. They use top quality materials, were very informative, and price transparent. Josh went over all the details, answered all of our questions, and compared their quote with the other companies we had looked at. He made sure their price and quote showed all materials they expect to use where other companies would have hidden costs due to lack of extra materials needed on completion due to codes and the atypical slope of our roof. The attention to detail Josh prepared in our quote and explanation made their company an easy decision for a new roof. He was also able to make an adjustment of our quote to add trim boards we wanted replaced. Very knowledgeable and easy to work with, would recommend to others looking to replace their roof.

Can't say enough positive feedback on Klaus roofing!! I called and they were out within just a day to give us a quote. Their prices are phenomenal! We were on a tight time line and they had no problem working with us. They were extremely prompt and efficient. Our gutters look amazing!! I will definitely refer people to you for their roofing needs!!

Klaus Roofing came out to assess storm damage to our roof after we discovered leaks and missing shingles. Josh got up on the roof, climbed into the attic space, and inspected everything taking dozens of pictures. He covered every single place where there might have been a leak so no further damage could occur and then worked with our insurance company on our claim.

When installation day arrived, the crew was efficient, courteous and cleaned up after themselves very well. The new roof looks great, and the price was reasonable. Klaus Roofing isn't the cheapest, but you do not want the cheapest company when you're putting on a roof that should last 20+ years. Klaus Roofing does quality work at a price that is competitive, and they take the time to listen to the customer and address all concerns. I'll be recommending Klaus Roofing to anyone I know who needs roofing work done.
