I ordered a picture window from them in early February. In mid April my appointment was 8-10 am. They did not communicate with me during the in between, or confirm the day before, so at 8:30 I called and was told at 8:30 that he was loading up and he was coming straight to me. 1.5 hours later, the installer showed up at my house. When I noticed that the window was a side by side and not a picture window, I called my salesperson and he told me to let the installer finish and the salesperson said he would call me back. The installer finished, as I was instructed to let him do. The window is crooked when opening it, the screen doesn't fit and the salesperson did not call me back, nor did the office. They both said they would. The installer tried to force the screen to fit and when I pointed this out, he said he would order a new one. When I pointed out the window was crooked, he said it was supposed to be? ‘I promise you’, he said. Really?! Nobody from the company called me back. I am waiting for all of this to be made right and I will edit this review if they “edit” their work.

Staff was very helpful, order was finished in a timely manner and product was explained for energy efficiency, which was my main priority when visiting Window World of Tulsa. I would recommend them highly for any remodel or new build project!

Window World installed 10 windows, and a patio door back in Aug. Since then I have had their installer back out 3 times to fix an issue with the patio door, and it's still not fixed. At this point I'm pretty sure they aren't even giving my messages to Dustin the Installation Manager because I haven't gotten a call back in 2 months.

Corey is a great and a personable salesperson who communicated with me from start to finish. The crew was outstanding they even came with a leaf blower to blow away all the little particles that were around the driveway. The new windows were also wiped down to perfection. I couldn't ask for a better salesperson or install team. Window World is the bomb!!
