I had a plumber Angel come out to fix a garbage disposal that stopped working. He was able to fix in with a few minutes. Highly recommend Angel as he was informative and knowledgeable.

Our technician today was Angel..
he arrived about 35 minutes earlier than he said he would be...
which is always a blessing because sometimes people don't show up at all hahaha..
Angel was very professional... very courteous... very knowledgeable and very friendly..
it was a privilege and an honor to have him in our home and to share his life and family with us as well as showing genuine interest in our lives and family as well..
he appears from first meeting to be a stand-up man who is working hard to take care of his family and be a positive force in his community....
we would definitely use your company in the future if needed... knowing that you are employing people like Angel... who not only know their job... but are a blessing to be around as well..
may God bless your business and all those who work for you and their families.. sincerely Steven and Teresa Rollins.

This company is a fraud! Contracted through home warranty company, First American. This company incorrectly diagnosed my AC problem and then prescribed almost $2000 worth of "required repairs" that weren't covered by the warranty. Customer Service person refused to explain why the repairs were needed. Got a second opinion from local reputable company who said the quoted 'non-covered' repairs were totally unnecessary and completely inappropriate for the diagnosis they originally provided, which was also incorrect. They are charging people thousands extra just to make money. Do your research folks! This company is a scam!

We had a request for toilet and garbage disposal repair at the beginning of the month, and Angel was very efficient and helpful. He answered all of our questions and explained everything fully, showing us the parts and even giving us tips for how to better care for our plumbing. I would definitely recommend Angel to work on repairs.

Special shoutout to Angel for the great customer service today while stopping by to fix a kitchen sink garbage disposal! I appreciated the time he took to explain the process of repair, even showing me how to take care of the problem should it persist in the future. I would recommend anyone looking for repair to book with NW Sundance Services & ask for Angel specifically!

These are the chosen vendors for American Home Services. However, don't expect them to turn up. Appointments are usually a week away. And completely expect them to call you less than 24 hours prior to the appointment to reschedule either for later on the day, when they expect people to be unavailable or give you an option a week away.

Opened a service request for a bathtub issue and have now had multiple visits with no proper resolution. First, they adjusted the water heater (which caused new problems), then adjusted it again, and finally replaced the faucet cartridge. The day after the replacement, the water would not shut off at all.
This has required repeated appointments, lost time, and the repair itself created a new issue. Very frustrating experience and poor quality control. -
NW Sundance came out to my house to unclog the bathtub. They came out and they did not have a working snake that would reach the clog so they scheduled an appointment 5 days later when they said the would have a working snake. They came out and said it was a septic issue so I had the septic pumped. It was not the septic as all drains worked and the tub is,still clogged. Very disappointed in the service and will never use them again

I first of all have nothing positive to write about this company. I was so disappointed that I will not do business with them again. Today I placed a service request with American Home Shield and am waiting the 20 minutes to speak with a person to change the service request to another vendor. The company had all of the possible negatives: charged me more than any other company, No communication regarding the problem and fix. The problem is still there and doesn‘t seem to be difficult. I don‘t really know why companies are run this way but I want no part of it. Thank you for allowing me to post this review. I still feel upset after many months and an easily fixable issue that was not fixed by Sundance and now I am willing to work with a reputable and honest company instead.

My dear friend, used this plumbing service for a water heater tank and the service they got is horrible even when they need help because the furnace is 3 1/2 months old, not heating water and no power and they’re pushed them out a week and the person that answered the phone did not care. I they said report us or give us a bad review. They didn’t care.

Repairman was 3 hours late getting to my house. I was to expect him between 8:00-12:00. Repairman didn’t arrive until after 3:00pm so I had to cancel an appointment I had later that day. No one called me to say they were running late and when I called at 11:30am the woman I spoke to didn’t tell me the hot water heater was still at Lowe’s

I suggest you do your homework before working with this company. The original staff communication was great. They were very knowledgeable. This was a referral from my home warranty company. We needed our AC compressor replaced so I was told that we would have to basically pay the same about to “retrofit” our old furnace so we went ahead and replaced as well. Two days into the new AC and it wasn’t blowing cold air. Called them back and someone came out quick. Turns out they didn’t put the coolant into it after the install. They corrected and all was good. Not even two months later it isn’t cooling the house again. I called them and they told me that since it’s past 30 days I need to place a call through our home warranty which means pay $100 deductible. I just paid almost $9k on a whole new system. What are they talking about. I asked if they don’t stand behind their product and have any type of warranty? They said it’s 30 days. But that I can hire them to come out and the service call starts at $350 or something like this. My last system worked for 25 years. Only replaced the furnace because of what I was told. I would always question a company that doesn’t stand behind their craft. It will be interesting to see what is wrong now. Again do your homework before hiring someone. I don’t recommend.

We had Sundance service our non-working garbage disposal and an airflow valve on our dishwasher.
David was the service professional that came out. He was very skilled, personable, and timely.
Overall, my experience with Sundance was nothing short of exceptional. I highly recommend them. -
Im very upset with homesheild and Sundance. I finally left a message and truly hope someone higher up contacts me . Decided to call another hvac person as we had to turn heater off very cold inside the home. My experience with NW Sundance Services was terrible! They switched my appointment twice without my consent, completely disrupting my schedule. When I called to have the time switched back, the representative I spoke with had an attitude and hung up on me. I then spoke with Nikki, who schedules the appointments—she was rude, dismissive, and only agreed to change my appointment after I applied pressure.
When the technician, Angel, arrived, he barely did anything besides replace two components in the toilet. The toilet should have been replaced entirely. He also lied about going into my crawl space, even though he was being monitored on camera and inside my home. Angel appeared confused, unprofessional, and refused to answer my questions. The issue was never resolved, and I was left extremely disappointed with the service overall. -
I recommend avoiding this company. They have switched appointments on me without asking first; they do the change and then email you asking to confirm, and it’s very clear they do not value their customers’ time. I am also in the middle of trying to get what should be a simple faucet repair completed, and my first appointment with them made the issue worse.

Bought a furnace from them that should still be under warranty and they are trying to charge me 360 to come look at it. It is 4 years old and not working and you don't stand behind your work. Then when I get in there there is silicon smeared on stuff and the screws covered in it so I can access the panel to change the fuse. Do yourself a favor and go to someone good.

Just wanted to give a thank you to NW Sundance and Nicole for sorting out the mess that American Home Shield made with my claims. Nicole was very understanding and very prompt with getting back to me after having to wait a month because American Home Shield’s customer service didn’t understand the problem I was having. Thankfully Nicole was diligent and got it resolved and had a tech out to my house within two days. The plumber they sent did an excellent job once he was authorized to be able to do what he needed to do. I forget his name but I believe it was Arron or Angel.

Their plumber ended up really screwing me over by not reconnecting my toilet after inspecting it for a warranty claim, leaving me with no working bathroom for 3 days as of submission of this complaint (I am expecting at least 5 days based on what I was told by the warranty company’s customer service rep, who offered me no help or resolution). I was clear that I would have to see about borrowing money before he started work that I’d have to pay for out of pocket, which he said I would have to do since the warranty wouldn’t cover the work. I was also clear that this was my only bathroom. He never made it clear at all that he was leaving the toilet disconnected and I only discovered it this morning as I was able to use my work bathrooms Thursday and Friday. Not sure what I’m supposed to do without any access to a working bathroom, this is a serious issue and nobody has lifted a finger to help. Only choose them or first American home warranty if you want to throw away money and make your home uninhabitable!

Angel, a technician from NW Sundance Services, did a fantastic job for me. He fixed our sink problem at no time. Very professionally, and very clean. No mess at all.
He also took time to answer my questions.
Thank you Angel -
Going thru home warranty for another repair on the same issue from NW SUNDANCE SERVICE. Back story. First time used their service toilet wouldn't flush, supposedly fixed, just outside of 30 warranty it stops working, out again. Each time $60.00 deductible. Total $120.00. Another time home warranty bathtub shower faucet not working, came out supposedly fix and also said had high water pressure. Immediately called city water people to test, they said NO HIGH PRESSURE. $75.00 deductible Had to call back again cause faucet started leaking, plumber had put cartridge in backward, but no mechanical failure, Had to pay another $75.00 Total =$150.00
Now Oct 20 2025 home warranty sent them out to me again with a faucet on bathroom sink that came detached, its a delta was here 5 minutes no tools or anything he said it was made to twist and lock at the base.$75.00 Well end of Nov 2025 same issue faucet disconnected another $75.00 service =$150.00. This company is a rip off. I have put in a complaint to my home warranty and they are going to investigate, due to every time they come out always have to pay twice. FILE A COMPLAINT WITH YOUR HOME WARRANTY COMPANY.
