Jonathan came out today for a consultation on my property. He was the fourth person to look at two large oak trees that I had out front. I really love these trees, but I was concerned that they were threatening the house. He was the only arborist who told me that it would be better to just trim them, rather than cut them down. That was a relief to me and I appreciated his honesty. He could have easily just told me to cut them down which would have cost more money. He was very knowledgable and forthright which was greatly appreciated.

We could not have been luckier to have been referred to Jonathan Nash and his team at NW Arbor Culture. When our tree fell on our neighbors house we had no idea what move to make next, but NW Arbor Culture was at our house within twenty minutes. They were professional and walked us through all the steps with our insurance, the neighbors insurance, and removing the tree. Highly recommend NW Arbor Culture for any tree service!

I was surprised to meet John Nash at our
lot site at 12 noon . These days it is rare to have a contractor show up , much less show up at scheduled appointment on time.
I feel very comfortable that John knows our needs and would do a excellent job for us. NWAC, Inc is a family business and have over 20 years experience.

Jonathan came over for a consultation the same day I called. He was professional in appearance and demeanor and knowledgeable in his assessment of our needs for rhodies, camellias, apple trees and a Japanese maple. The estimate was higher than anticipated, but that's likely my inexperience in this realm. He explained the cost and likely costs of competitors, based on whether they're licensed, bonded, experienced, or not. I would certainly trust their team to do the work.

Jon contacted me based on my online inquiry. He was able to provide a quick consultation on the blue spruce in my front yard. He was very informative on what he was going to do and what needed to be done. Thankfully the tree is fine and all is good! Thank you Jon! I would recommend Northwest Arbor Culture and will use them again in the future.

Mr. Nash was very prompt and had great communication leading up to an evaluation of a large tree in my backyard. He was also very knowledgeable about the specific tree species and what to look out for. Lastly he offered good examples on why his service is safe and trustworthy and some flexible payment options that are available.

I met with Jon requesting a proposal for tree removal situation that I saw as pretty hopeless. Jon, with his expert experience was able to explain the issue very clearly and spoke with the neighbor assuring her what he was going to do. I would definitely recommend Northwest Arbor for my tree service in the future.

Called Jonathan Nash today for consultation to cut down our fir tree in front of our house. He showed up 30 minutes later in our house. Jonathan was informative, gave me options of what they can do as well as their financing program. Would consider northwest arbor-culture but had 2 more bids to maximize my options. Jonathan came the same day we inquired about taking out a tree. He was very professional, friendly and knowledgable. He spent time providing options and explaining which one he would chose and why. He also recommended other tree chooses that would not cause further damage.

I hired Northwest Arbor Culture to remove 2 tall, old hemlock trees that were diseased. They did a fantastic job! Jon and the entire crew understood how hard it is to lose trees. They were very empathetic and professional. I was impressed with how they cleaned up each day and made sure that my property was left in the same condition as they found it. Jon came out to our house on an emergency call and looked at our 25 year old vine maple that wasn't doing well. He gave us a couple of good suggestions that we are going to try. He was also kind enough to look at a few other trees while he was at our home. He was very polite and punctual.

We were among the many who lost large branches from a large tree in the latest snow storm. Jon (from the Newberg location) was highly recommended by a neighbor and he has not disappointed. He responded quickly and professionally to my call and was flexible with services to keep the price near our budget.

I have exclusively used Northwest Arbor-Culture for around 15 years for both our home and rental property. We could not be happier with their work, service and communication. Jonathan, who assesses the job, is very easy to understand and is always informative. When the job is done perfectly they even clean up after themselves! Wouldn't use anyone else!

Northwest Arbor-Culture responded extremely fast and were able to come by my home and provide a consultation/estimate the same day I called. They were professional and pleasant, providing an experienced and educated consultation. We discussed options and I signed a contract with them before they left.

Jon Nash from Northwest Arbor review came out after hours during a windstorm and not only gave us a very reasonable estimate, he is extremely knowledgeable. He secured the 2 unsafe tree's tonight so that we could have more peace of mind that one will not fall on our house. The quote to remove them is lower than several bids we received. He didn't try up selling us or lowballing the bid then raising the price up in the middle of the work. We have 8 other tree's to take down and we will be using them to remove those at a safer time.

I couldn't be happier with the professionalism of Northwest Arbor-Culture Inc. and Jonathan Nash. So many of the arborists I contacted didn't even bother to return my calls. Jonathan returned my call within an hour and we met the next day for my estimate. He answered all my questions and we discussed my options. It was an extremely busy day for him because of the mid-October storm, but he kept his appointment and made sure that I had all the information I needed.

Jon was efficient, professional, and very accommodating. We are a real estate team and had some buyers that needed a bid on a tree removal before we could progress in our inspection period. He not only answered my call straight away, he was out at the property in a matter of just a couple hours - despite being slammed with other work from a recent storm.

He was very knowledgeable and was able to provide us multiple options so my buyers could make a decision that worked best for them.

I got a quote from NW Arbor-Cuture today. Jon called me 15 minutes before our meeting to let me know he was running 10 to 15 minutes behind schedule. That was very much appreciated. Jon was very thorough, knowledgeable and helpful and provided me feedback regarding the tree removal and trimming servcies I was looking for. He invested a considerable amount of time to provide a detailed quote.

I called NW Arbor for an estimate and I was given an appointment time for the following day. Due to my changing schedule, I asked if there was a possibility of them coming out earlier. Jon arrived the same day I called and not only gave an estimate for the work requested, but suggested care for other plants around the property. This company takes great pride in their work.

Very professional outfit. Jonathan came out to do estimate of a dangerous tree that had taken down our electrical service line the same day. Communication was great, showed up when he said he would, and took down tree without further damage to house. His crew even bucked the logs into reasonable chunks which was not part of the original estimate. Not the cheapest arborist in the area, but their price was fair and I would happily do business with them in the future.
