Jon was awesome, we worked with him to evaluate the condition of multiple trees and the amount of labor needed on a home we are purchasing. Incredibly knowledgeable and told us exactly what we needed to know about the maintenance we might be undertaking, as well as gave us advice about some future landscaping ideas we had. Would definitely recommend!

I called Northwest Arbor Culture on Friday AM for an estimate on a tree removal. Jon was very prompt. He arrived at my house in 15 minutes. He took his time to answer all my questions and provided his professional recommendation to me. Great service.

Jonathan Nash came out in the snow to give us an estimate for a tree leaning against our house. He was very thorough in his explanation of how they would go about removing the tree. He also gave us a very reasonable quote. I am eager to work with his company to remove this tree as they appear to work fast, safely, and honestly!

Called Jonathan for an estimate on tree removal for a home I just bought. Scheduling was easy. He made himself available to match my schedule and even said I didn't have to be at the property. Checked out my trees, gave me a quote for everything on the property, went over different alternatives and options, and even explained the process and addressed my questions after the estimate was complete. Very accommodating.

I was also impressed with his knowledge and expertise. He definitely knows his stuff and explains his assessment very well. He even offered me a few suggestions to replace the pine tree that had fallen to the recent storm with a better fit tree for the space. As I mentioned, very impressive!

I called Northwest Arbor-Culture Inc this morning to get an estimate for a tree removal. Jonathan took my call was able my questionable , informed me about tree cutting permits and made time for a same day estimate/ consultation. He showed up on time was very professional, explained the tree cutting process and how they handle the premitting. A written quote was given to me by the end of our appointment.
In addition to consultation about the tree removal he took time to answer some of my landscaping question and gave me feedback on what I should do. We will be using them in the near future for the job.

I called Jon at NW Arbor Culture because a neighbor filed a hazard complaint with my city regarding a tree on my property. Jon was there the next day. He spent a substantial amount of time examining the tree and educating me about numerous aspects of tree health, hazard pruning, tree-associated liabilities, and mitigation strategies for potentially hazardous trees. In the end he saw no indicators of ill health or unusual risk of failure and gave me advice about what to look out for and what to do and not do with my tree. He also wrote an e-mail to the city conveying his opinions about the tree. I would definitely recommend the company and plan to call them next time I have a tree issue.

Just yesterday we contacted Jon regarding two trees that had fallen on our house during the snowstorm. He was able to come out the same day and assess the situation. Not only did he guarantee fast service done within one day, he worked with our budget and showed empathy and compasssion for us as his clients. We will be contacting Jon later this year to have more trees removed. So grateful.

I called Jon Nash for advice about several trees, including health assessments, trimming, planting new trees for soil erosion (on a steep hill) and placement of new trees planted recently. He was able to come by my home the same day and was very knowledgeable, friendly, professional and helpful. His price is very reasonable and I hired him to return to do some more extensive work. I called him because he has good reviews and is located in my area. I am glad I called him.

I give this company 5 stars for several reasons:
Dedication: Jonathan Nash came to my house last evening in snow and ice to evaluate damage & danger done when my tree fell on my car. He had been working since 2 am helping people with downed trees from the storm.
Professionalism: Cut branches of the tree to decrease the weight and clear path to our entrance to make it safe and prevent further damage until it was safe to remove the tree.
The was done efficiently while explaining what he was doing and why.
Considerate: Didn't charge for evaluation & estimate just ask to post a review for him. He had worked many hours and his company don't turn people down when a call is urgent even if it's way into the night.
Goes the distance: My neighbor who referred me to him was very pleased with the clean up and quality of work done when he used his service for tree removals

Called Northwest Arbor Culture and left a message a couple days ago. Today, Jon Nash returned my call and promptly traveled to my home to provide an estimate. He thoroughly described the problems with my tree and the process with which removal would be conducted. I explained to him I had another estimate scheduled and he fully understood the need for comparison. Mr. Nash was very professional, knowledgeable, and will likely receive my business.

John showed up at our place within 45 minutes or less from when I first called. He spent a good bit of time looking over the trees around our property and seemed very knowledgeable about which trees were good and which ones needed to be removed or trimmed. The thing that impressed me the most was that he was very conservative in wanting to save as many trees as possible rather than creating more income for himself by advising taking out trees that may or may not develop an issue. Those trees can be monitored over the years and we will definitely call this company back for any further needs we have with our trees.

Jonathan came out to give me an estimate on some tree work and was extremely thorough in providing detail for the work he recommended and why. He also took the time to educate me and assess my entire yard that I have not received from other arborists. Professional, knowledgeable, and I highly recommend him for your future tree services.

Just met with Jonathan for a consultation on our new property. First off the response time on first call was amazing. When he showed up promptly at the appointment time. He was very knowledgeable with the trees and issues on the property. His quote was fair in pricing and gave clarity to questions asked. I am looking forward to them doing the work needed on the property.

Damage was assessed very quickly. Work scheduled to be completed later that day. Jon was very helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. Of the three quotes we've recieved we're having NW Arbor Culture take care of our damaged trees because we believe they'll do the best job and are trustworthy. The free financing is nice too

Northwest Arbor Culture - Tree Experts were very prompt, professional and honest. I called at noon for an estimate on tree removal and for some concerns I had about some of the other trees on my property. Jon Nash was just pulling up to his next customer's home but gave me some initial thoughts and said he could be at my house by 1:00-1:15 on the same day! He sent a quick text requesting my contact information and responded with an ETA when he was finished with his current customer. As promised, he arrived at my house on time, was friendly and professional. He examined several of the trees on my property, for which I had concern and provided me with some possible causes for the two dead trees in my front yard. I asked several questions about how he would recommend removing the two trees. He was happy to talk through the process to ensure all of my questions were answered. Jon stopped by in response to my call regarding a "sick tree". He advised against removal at this time and provided me with a treatment plan that might bring it back to a more healthy state. I was impressed with his knowledge and obvious extensive experience in all aspects of tree care and removal that a homeowner might encounter. I worked with Jon on our tree removal needs. He came highly recommended as it is. He was prompt to come up to Tigard to give us a quote. He was very detailed and in the end his price was fair and reasonable. When it came to tree removal day, his team arrived a little late but when they did arrived and very nice, introduced themselves and got right to work. They constantly cleaned up after themselves and when they were done, I was shocked how clean our yard was considering what it looked like when they were working.
