Diane Reid was very helpful in helping me get Our "Power Clerk" Account set-up and also She had Send me a her copy of the Cad, in so that we were on the same page when we were filling out the Pages in the Power Clerk, that was very helpful in so that we could follow along with her as we filled out the forms.

1st timers on going solar, and from the start Infinity employees, with their expertise have been exceptional and Always there if there is/are questions from us! We can’t wait to see our savings, but even more, this house will be ready to be the “model” of going solar in our area!

Their crews were excellent at their jobs. The installation folks were fast, and cleaned up everything when they finished. The electrician left everything installed and all plugged in with the paperwork for the city inspection nicely done. Now just waiting for the city and the power company to do their things.

I had been checking different companies because we wanted to get solar energy. A very nice lady, I think her name was Marygrace came to my door, and asked if We had ever considered solar panels. I said I had but it had never panned out as advertised. She said we are different and only deal in the northwest and work directly with PGE who is our company. We made an appointment and the roof was tested to make sure we had enough area to make it viable for us. Nick Schultz came out with the plans for our roof and explained in detail how everything worked together with Portland General Electric. He was very thorough and we understood everything. I does take a little time to get everything aligned with PGE and they came out and installed our panels. Some of the panels were not centered correctly on our roof and we called them and they came back right away and aligned them for us. They were not installed wrong, they did just not look right. They made it right for us.
There are several inspections which all passed with the Energy Trust of Oregon who was giving rebates for converting to solar energy. All inspections passed and we were up and running.
We got a little late start with all the checks and inspections and basically started in June 2023. We were producing a lot of excess energy during the summer months of which the excess was banked as a credit for later use. I think the next full year will produce enough energy to offset almost all the extra we use. We also got a free ecobee thermostat from PGE which they can control but you can over-ride to actually save more money by letting them control it during peak usage hours. We haved saved money there also.
All in all we have been very happy with our panels and the Infinity Solar company. Pictures are before and after alignmet fixed. They centered panels and got rid of the gap in first picture.

Excellent team with great communication. Once permits were approved, the install went very quickly. Technicians arrived on time, or communicated if there were any delays.

The installation process was performed in a timely manner and all technicians were very professional. It is a pleasure now to only pay a $20.00 monthly PGE user fee and no additional cost for power used!!!!

Had a great experience with Infinity Solar. The crew were great for both the roof as well as the solar panels. Just have to wait now for the county to approve the work then wait in PGE.

The instalation went well enough. However it took the City of Gresham another month to come out and inspect the installation. It then took PGE another month to place the new meter. The net effect was that I lost 2 months of generation time (highest two months of the solar year). Then to top it all off, the State of Oregon took over $500 of my energy tax credit the form of higher income taxes (they reduced my tax deduction by the amount of the tax credit). Financially, I am about $700 under water. The only way out is to have electricity prices increase substantially. So, after 18 months, it has not been a good investment.

The installation team showed up on time and completed the job faster than expected. They were friendly and professional and answered all my questions as well as providing instructions on how the system works and what comes next.

The estimator was prepared with a written estimate and answered all my question. Being new to solar panels, I had a lot. He was not high pressure. After signing papers for the panel installation I was assigned a project coordinator who walked me through every step from permitting to installation. The actual installation was one day. The crew was professional, answered my question and cleaned up thoroughly. I was given a time frame for inspection and meter replacement and they were spot on. I was given heads up that the power company would be emailing me and what to expect. Very professional. I would recommend Infinity Solar for anyone considering solar panels.
