We have had an Infinity Solar USA system for over 2 years now. The system has worked well and provided the relief on our power bill we'd hoped for. They have caught a couple of issues and repaired them by contacting me first. I recently had to reconnect my monitor to the system. The worker kept communicating by email and phone until all issues were resolved. I am a very satisfied customer!

From start to finish it was a short application and paperwork and only 2 days of installation. Haven't had any issues or a power bill since!

Worst company ever. Lying reps sold me a dream delivered a nightmare. Do not trust these pple. Thought I was doing good for the planet. Made me hate the planet. They dont answer your calls after you buy their system. They dont upkeep either. Do not trust these snake charmer's. Michael who sold me the unit is still employed and he lied like a rug. Now im stuck with a 60k unit which should have been 30k max and doesn't produce anywhere near what it was supposed to. Asked them to provide a report. Took me 10 months to get an actual answer. Horrible customer service atrocious response. Have had panels under performing for over a year. No response. DO NOT trust these pple. They will lie to you with a smile.

My solar journey started during the Covid pandemic, when a salesperson visited our home, introducing us to the idea of using solar power to help reduce our PGE bill. We were excited about the concept and decided to move forward. However, we didn't anticipate that it would take over three years to finally have our solar system operational as promised. This prolonged process was incredibly frustrating due to Infinity Solar's slow start on the installation, accompanied by numerous issues along the way. At one point, they stopped responding altogether, leaving the installation unfinished. Meanwhile, we were already making payments on a loan intended to offset our PGE bill, but since the solar system wasn't functioning properly, we continued to pay nearly our full bill to PGE along with the loan.

I recognize that the poorly trained salesperson from Infinity Solar made promises that they were unable to fulfill, but the lack of response to customer inquiries is simply unacceptable.

This entire experience was frustrating, as Infinity Solar failed to return my numerous calls, effectively ignoring me. I eventually had to file a complaint with the Oregon Department of Justice to get some attention. I have never encountered a business that treated a customer so poorly after receiving payment for a service that was not delivered.

Despite the challenges and lack of professionalism from Infinity Solar over those three years, I must acknowledge that they finally turned things around with the help of Eli and River, who successfully got the system up and running.

I am genuinely grateful for Eli, River, and the Brandon who took the time to replace the faulty components and rectify the situation. They demonstrated professionalism by listening to my concerns and addressing them promptly, even working on weekends. I only wish the rest of Infinity Solar shared their values.

A few pieces of advice for Infinity Solar:

    - Avoid making commitments that you are not prepared to keep.
    - Treat customers with respect after the sale, especially when issues arise.
    - Communicate, communicate, communicate! Even if answers are not available, don’t ignore customers.
    - Good customer service is invaluable. Stand out in your industry by genuinely caring for your

I had trouble with my router and did not have the App. She got me the App download and instructions to reconnect my router. Very nice very helpful. Great personality.

We're happy with our experience so far. We are lucky to have a large south facing roof.
Setting up the payments so that it just replaces your electric bill (at a lower cost) was really easy.
The installation process didn't need much from us. And when one of the panels wasn't producing for whatever reason, they quickly came out and fixed it without trouble or cost for us.
We started getting power right away even when it was overcast/rainy, and then since the sun has been out we've already started accumulating credits for the darker seasons.
I'm not an expert and don't have other companies to compare them to, but infinity solar has worked out great for us so far!

Infinity was amazing! We talked to the guys at Trio and they helped us every step of the way. The install crew was professional and clean and they had no problem installing in the snow. We are so happy with our solar and would recommend Infinity to anyone!

I have found the customer service staff at Infinity Solor to be outstanding. It was easy to connect with knowledgeable people who understood what I was seeking, and they emailed me the documents I sought within minutes that same day. Bravo!

Service was great. Infinity explained everything as they did the work. Only thing for myself I would have installed in the spring not the end of summer as it took a month after installation for all the inspections and then turning it on. So the credits are there for covering the winter use.

My solar system is up and running now and As I write this it is producing 3350 watts! I am a very satisfied customer! The customer service is top notch, they helped me through every step of the process. I never felt out of touch with them and Ben helped me last night get my phone monitoring app working it is really neat to see the system working, just by opening the app. I highly recommend Infinity solar!

Infinity Solar did an excellent job setting up our solar panel system. Everything was well coordinated, from the initial sales quote to the installation and inspections. The overall process and schedule was explained clearly and they followed through and completed the project on their estimated schedule.

The customer service from beginning to the end was fantastic. Even after install when things were up and running. The customer service never stopped. I am saving some on my electricity bill. But I would want more sun and the ability to save the extras I produced during the summer.

Couldn't leave 5 star because few things need improvement.
Communication! The crew were late to show up. Courtesy call would be great to let me know if you were gonna be late.
Project Coordination is hard to reach, they used portal app but took over than 24hr to response. When you call it always go to machine. And the solar tax? Up till i wrote this review i still dont know how to do it. Have to research it myself now.

Infinity Solar USA has impressed me from the day the first rep explained their program right up to the present time. It seems they are always doing more behind the scenes than I had expected, and they stay in touch as needed. They usually returned my messages promptly when I had a question, and they offered to fix the one item that they accidentally broke on installation day (not expensive) without any bickering--very high integrity.

In my observation, the work has been of very good quality as to both materials and workmanship---the crews that came out to do the electrical work and panel installation were friendly, answered my questions as they worked, and really impressed me as knowing exactly what they were doing the whole time.

An example of going above and beyond, in my estimation: the company contracted with a tax attorney to help us customers understand, and obtain, our various tax credits and deductions--at no expense to us. Great idea!

It has over one year since I had my solar panels installed by Infinity Solar USA. They are still working great. I recently had some connection issues with the AP systems ECU unit and my cellphone app. I reached out to your office and was provided instructions on how to correct the problem. It is nice to see the follow up assistance. Thank you!

Overall the experience with Infinity solar was good. I did give feedback about communication not being up to my standards & it did get better. I have had my solar panels for over a year now & I couldn't be more satisfied with them.

Each and every person I have come in contact with at Infinity Solar has been professional, courteous, clean cut, and to my knowledge honest to me. From the very beginning, Infinity Solar has explained each and every step and answered all questions I had, or has found the answer out and informed me. I have never waited for a call back for more than half a day unless an explanation was sent by text or email as to why. So far I feel very confident that I picked the best company to get me into Solar.

I was assisted by Scott Rizalino (I thought he identified as Reese or Riz). He helped me get my app set up and login also answered questions, sent me forms regarding tax incentive prep work for the tax season, and answered questions regarding the maintenance of the panels and Wi-Fi connectivity.

Overall , the installation was done approximately one year ago. The system is amazing. Our summer energy bill went from $200 to a month to as low as $14. The average is $17. So far so good and at this point I would highly recommend. Also, my residence badly needed the roof to be redone and the price infinity solar was able to get it done was reasonable and fast.

    DO NOT USE INFINITY SOLAR.

We had a system installed last August. It took them until the end of November to have it live due to a number of wiring and installation issues that could not pass code.

Then this summer we had a panel go stop producing. There was no notification. We noticed a few weeks after and spent over 2 months trying to get them to replace the damaged panel. After they finally came out to fix it they not only didn't fix the broken one but took another one offline. That's right, they broke another and didn't even fix the one they were supposed to. They charged me $400+ for the privilege.

Our system has been functioning for less than half of the 15 months that the panels have been on our roof.

Choose any other option. These people are not worth the trouble.
