The salesman was a pleasure to work with. It was scheduled within 10 days and everything occurred as expected - arrival and time to install. The installation crew was very polite, asked me about how to point the runoff drains, etc. They cleaned up well when finished. My house looks like it's been refreshed. One time when I was cleaning my gutters the ladder slipped and I went crashing down onto the bulkhead. Hopefully I don't have to be concerned about that happening again.

I very much appreciated the work, the efficiency and the kindness of those i had contact with at Leaf Filter. JOSEPH ARAUJO did the work----- hard worker, efficient, and personally kind. Shane and ???? Lisa (Ace Hardware in Fairhaven) were also excellent. I called on Monday, met with Shane on tuesday, and installation 2 days later. Thank you all.

Thomas our salesman is a value to this company. Very knowledgeable, well informed on product,and kind and courteous. As promised with date of installation,the installation crew arrived on said date,and in time frame given. The crew were courteous,aware of our landscaping which they worked around,and installed the gutters with much professionalism. They cleaned up and took away our old gutters leaving our yard clean and no debris. Very satisfied,would highly recommend this company.

The sales person Rob was wonderful. He explained everything in detail and answered all of my questions. When the men showed up to start, they were very polite and professional. They got to work immediately and reaffirmed what was to be done. When they finished there was no papers, trash, or anything left behind. The gutters and leaf filters look wonderful. I cant't begin to tell you how pleased I am with the results of this whole project. Very nice people to work with.

The salesman and install team were both punctual, communicative, transparent and did a great job. After the install when we noticed a small drip where the gutter meets the downspout and they dispatched someone the next day to come and fix it at no charge. Great customer service!

Due to some chronic illnesses my apartment had become cluttered with junk/trash to the point of being a major fire and health hazard. Zach came out on the same day I contacted him to give an estimate, and his team was able to come out just 2 days later and gave me a livable space again - with a floor you can see! - in just over two hours of work. Zach and everyone on the team were also incredibly kind and non-judgmental which was huge for me considering how much shame and guilt I had around the condition of my home. I would absolutely recommend Bio One to anyone who needs help with a big cleanup job.

They are responsive and communicate well, however for the price, I expected perfection. Upon inspection, there were some things which had to be corrected. They were originally there for (3) days, but needed to do about another 3 or 4 hours to really finish. That being said, they agreed completely and came back the next day and finished as promised. So all in all very good. Not perfect of course, but overall, I recommend them.

Had an emergency with a company breaking my oil tank valve and causing my oil tank to drain rapidly on my basement floor. After an oil company emergency repaired the tank, we still needed a in-depth cleaning. We contacted Bio-one. Dave came out next day and did a quote, the next day his crew was on site scrubbing and deep cleaning. They had to remove the oil, deep degrease and clean the floor and remove carpeting. I noticed a few things after the fact that needed more attention after they were done. Without hesitation they came right back out and fixed the issues. All in all it was a great experience working with this group. I would recommend them to others.
