We had a great experience with Jim! What a nice man. I called, and he came out within a few hours. He was very knowledgeable, and generous with sharing his knowledge. He never tried to sell us more then we needed. His price was more than fair. I would highly recommend Jim and his company. It pays to support your local businesses! A++
