Pods was so much more convenient and cost effective than renting a storage unit while we were renovating our house.

Great service by PODS and especially our driver Myron! He was kind, courteous and sent a text 30 minutes before his arrival…within the scheduled delivery time. He placed the POD exactly where we wanted it and was very efficient with his, and our, time. He also explained the pickup procedure before leaving. We would definitely continue to use PODS Moving & Storage in the future.

Communication about when our POD was going to be delivered was timely and accurate. And the driver, Myron, was extremely friendly and courteous. He was a outstanding and should be recognized for his overall approach to his job!

Our experience with PODS has been mixed. First let me say the drivers and local service has been amazing. Specifically Myron our driver out of Knoxville is great. Where are difficulties have been is with the customer service and scheduling. We have had deliveries cancelled without notifying us, customer service reps who made promises they couldnt keep and a real problem with contacting managers and getting calls back to resolve issues.

A message to the leadership is get your back office in order…your local staff and drivers are great and propping up your business, but you need to get better on the front end and train and empower your customer service team.

Convenient to have storage box here at the house to load at my leisure. Delivery and pickup was easy and both delivery guys were friendly and helpful. Don’t have the name of the delivery guy but Ray who picked it up was great. Poor guy had to pick up the unit in the rain but was very friendly nonetheless.

PODS was definitely the way to go in moving our furniture across the country. KUDOS to the drivers on dropped off the 16' and 8' containers in California and KUDOS to the drivers who dropped them off in our new state of Tennessee, Myron & Chris. Thanks to all who made this happen easily and efficiently.

Ray our delivery driver had to drop off two pods on different days. He was very polite and accommodating. Our driveway was steep but he was able to get them positioned with no issues. Will be using PODs again.

Myron in Knoxville helped make this experience seamless. He was kind, timely with his arrival estimates and effective once he arrived. Very grateful to have had Myron's help, everything went as smooth as possible with him delivering the POD and picking it up a few days later.

Three stars strictly for the drivers. I would not recommend PODs overall. Sales and pickup dropoff timing was worst experience I’ve had moving. We have moved several times in past 15 yrs and PODs was by far worst overall experience.

Myron is an employee you should be very proud of and strive to keep that caliber of an individual. He moved our POD into our property up a slopped driveway, turned and placed perfectly behind our house. We were still able to pull our car in and out. Extremely courteous and professional.

Everything with my PODS move/storage has gone very smoothly. Myron was the gentleman who dropped off my POD. He was very knowledgeable, professional and customer service oriented. He went over and above! Thanx Myron for a job well done! 😊👍

Their drivers were all very professional, efficient, and fast. And that is the only reason I gave PODS two stars instead of only one.
Their CHAT feature is totally useless and a waste of time. Their customer service SUCKS rotten eggs. And, their Wait Times between the order and the service is FAR TOO LONG!

I highly recommend PODS for its Cost and ability to streamline the process making it easy to communicate, track and schedule. It was a very smooth process from beginnig to end! Highly Recommend.

Myron did a great job maneuvering the unique space we needed the Pod to be placed and was very friendly. Despite some rather deep potholes he was able to put the Pod on our friend’s fenced industrial lot near a warehouse where our stuff was being temporarily stored.

Myron did a great job of dropping off my POD. There was a garbage disposal that was supposed to have been picked up by my builder and he had to maneuver around it. Thank you so much and please don’t forget to pick up the pod on Monday. Thank you!

Myron was a delight. He called & texted, and we were able to coordinate meeting at the drop location. He made sure we could open the container after its long trip. He was fast and courteous.

We have had great experiences with PODS over the years, working with many great and helpful drivers. Our most recent experience was with Myron who was amazingly patient, resourceful, and good humored in the face of a somewhat difficult delivery. In the end, all was well and we look forward to our next visit from PODS

Myron, our delivery guy was great. Very friendly and got the POD in the driveway, even with our narrow street.

Using PODs made our move much easier. We even hired loaders and un-loaders. The timing was excellent.
